Quarter 1- Performance Task IV

A. Description
As you can see in the picture, is a body of water and a green rainforest. It is a vast space.
In the photo, You can see clear blue skies and good weather conditions. There is a wooden
diving board rectangular in shape. A man with widely open arms is jumping in the water while
turned back.

B. Analysis
The artist captures the nature and the excitement of the man. The place in the photo is
peaceful. There is also a large body of water and a vast rainforest to capture, which is a very
relaxing scene that I can relate to what we called “Space,” wherein rainforests are the people
you want to have a distance for a while of something not good. The photo also highlights the
jumping effort of this man, which you can feel the excitement. However, The man here is
captured that is turned back to the picture which their face is not recognized means that they
wanted a rest and freedom. It is an excellent spot to have family bonding or hang out with
friends, but as we can see, they enjoy themselves alone. The artist captures the nature and the
excitement of the man to have freedom. The artist wants to convey sympathy, peace, and love
by saying that you can enjoy and treat yourself and the most important thing is to have rest and
space when you are tired.

C. Interpretation

The author or the photographer wanted to see and emphasize freedom, love, and
peace. The freedom is symbolized by the man while wide arm open jumping in the water. They
just wanted to feel the moment that he allocated for himself. It also conveys a message that if
you are tired, just turn back and rest, feel the freedom and heal yourself in the process. As you
swim in the water, you can not go underwater for a long time. In the meanwhile, you need to go
up and face reality. The love you feel from the pic is the love for yourself because sometimes
you don’t notice that you lost your path in the forest due to many obligations for your friends,
family, and work. Then finally, you only could appreciate the peace when you learn to free
yourself from toxicity and love yourself more than others

D. Judgment

The first time I observed the photo, I came up with the idea quickly to say that the
author/photographer successfully conveys their message. The artist also uses excellent skills
because he connects the body of water as space, the natural scenes into an informative art with
his right angles to capture life. I can also say that this art is original since I open the application
to check. I was amazed and speechless because I wonder
