known as R.papa that named after to Gen. Ricardo Papa, one of the greatest general in
Tondo, Manila. It seem to increase the population because of the opening of stores in
this place. Some people called it “Little Ugbo”

under th administrative of Tondo. It is boundaries of 2 City of Metro, Manila which is
Caloocan and Tondo Manila.
