ALKALINE MEDLEY BASE MEAL (very easy to make)

1. Preheat oven to 350 and put your natural grain on the stove

according to directions

2. Slice up mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, green squash, grape

tomatoes ETC. Put in flat aluminum cookie tray and drizzle with

approved oil and massage. Season with cayenne, sea salt, oregano

ETC, massage and put into oven for 20 mins.

3. Remove from oven and serve with natural grain which can be

quinoa, spelt pasta, amaranth, kamut pasta etc. You can also use

mashed up and seasoned avocado or boiled squash to make the

meal heavier.
