Yes, B12 deficiency is a problem and Mr. Jones should be concerned about that. Because
B12 deficiency could lead to a decrease in red blood cells which is called anemia (Langan &
Goodbred, 2017). His nervous system possibly will also get affected so supplements should be
provided to Mr. Jones for reducing the B12 deficiency. His vision may also get affected.

The recommendation for Mr. Jones are Lamb Liver, Clams and Sardines.
1. Lamb livers have more nutrition’s than Beef liver and 3 ounce of lamb liver can give
