• Each & everyone including a top management to field staff are well conscious about the quality.
• Every worker or supervisor or Engineer in our project team plays a vital role in the QC.
• Preference is given in organization over a speed deterrent to project’s speed nor it will be uneconomical. In
fact poor quality work generally delays the job and cause additional financial impact.
• Timely inspection and timely corrective action thereafter is the key of our successful quality system.
