2.3 Installation
1. Select a convenient location on wall/ wood panel near an Electrical Socket. The place should
be dry, airy & free from moisture and easily accessible by service personal to open top cover
screw/ unscrew cables etc.
2. Hang the system on wall / wood panel.
3. Open the top cover of the system by opening screws as shown in figure above.
4. Use single pair cable for extensions and CO Line.

5. Connect the Cable of P&T CO Lines to CO Line Connector using RJ11 Connector and
extension phones to the Extensions Connector of the system card.
6. Plug the system and Switch it ON.

CAUTION:

 Avoid installing the system during raining / thunder / lighting.


 Don’t touch un-insulated telephone wires.
 Never Connect CO Line ( Trunk Line ) to Extension Connector.

2.4 Power Failure Transfer


If in any case of system power failure then the CO Lines will be connected directly to Extension No
20, 21, 22.

Chapter 3 - Quick Start Guide

1. Extension to Extension Call


To call from any extension to other extension, proceed as under:

3. Answering Call
The call can be answered by lifting the handset of a RINGING Extension.

Chapter 4 – System Programming

 All the programming must be done from Ext 20, 21, 22 or 23.
 If Programming Extension is in Direct-Dial-Out Mode, Press * to enter internal status and
start programming.
 You can program codes, one after other without hanging up after each entered code.
 CO Port Number is denoted by M – 1,2,3
 Extension Port Number is denoted by EE – 01 to 08
 All Extension Programming is done using Extension Port Number EE and not by extension
calling number.

4.1 Basic Command


4.1.1 Entering into System Programming Mode
Format - #* ABCD
ABCD – is the system password. Default is 0000.
Steps –
 Lift Handset
 Dial #*ABCD
 You will hear confirmation tone, which confirms Programming Mode.

4.1.2 Changing the Password


Format – 0 9 E F H G #
EFGH – is the new system password.
Steps –
 Enter Programming Status ( #*ABCD – Old Password)
 Dial 09 EFGH #
 You will hear confirmation tone, which confirms Programming Mode
Example - To change the password to 0000 to 1234
Lift Handset – Dial #*0000 – Listen Confirmation Tone – Dial 091234# – Listen Confirmation Tone

4.1.3 Flash time setting


Format – 0 0 F #
F is Flash Time.
F = 1 ------ 0.8s
F = 2 ------ 1.0s
F = 3 ------ 1.2s
F = 4 ------ 1.4s
F = 5 ------ 1.8s
Steps –
 Enter Programming Status
 Dial 0 0 F #
 You will hear confirmation tone.
Example - To set Flash time as 1.2s
In Programming Mode -- Dial 003# – Listen Confirmation Tone

4.1.4 Factory Reset


Format – 0 0 0 0 #
System will restore to default Factory Setting.
Steps –
 Enter Programming Status
 Dial 0 0 0 0 #

4.2 CO Lines Setting


4.2.1 Enable All CO Lines
Format – 0 6 0 0 #
Steps –
 Enter Programming Mode
 Dial 0 6 0 0 #
 You will hear confirmation tone
Note – On default setting, system is in CO Line Disabled Mode.

4.2.2 Disable All CO Lines


Format – 0 6 1 0 #
Steps –
 Enter Programming Mode
 Dial 0 6 1 1 #
 You will hear confirmation tone

4.2.3 Enable desired CO Line


Format – 0 6 0 M #
M – CO Line Port No M = 1,2,3
Steps –
 Enter Programming Mode
 Dial 0 6 0 M #
 You will hear confirmation tone
Note – On default setting, system is in CO Line Disabled Mode.

4.2.4 Disable desired CO Line


Format – 0 6 1 M #
M – CO Line Port No M = 1,2,3
Steps –
 Enter Programming Mode
 Dial 0 6 1 M #
 You will hear confirmation tone
Note – On default setting, system is in CO Line Disabled Mode.

4.2.5 CO Line Assignment

0620# Set CO Lines assignment in duty cycle mode. First CO line 1 will be assigned by the
system when CO line access is requested by any extension. On next CO Line access
request, CO Line 2 will be assigned and so on by the system.
0621# In this mode, CO Line will be assigned from first available CO Line Number starting from
CO Line 1 every time.

4.3 Operator and Operator Mode


In the Operator Mode, any extension can press 9 to call operator. To enable this mode, first set
Operator Extension and then enable Operator Mode.

4.3.1 Set Operator Extension


Format – 1 5 EE #
EE – Extension Port No (01 to 08)
Steps – To set Extension No 22 as Operator
 Enter Programming Mode
 Dial 1 5 0 3 #
 You will hear confirmation tone

4.3.2 Enable Operator Mode


Format – 1 8 8 4 #
Steps –
 Enter Programming Mode
 Dial 1 8 8 4 #
 You will hear confirmation tone

4.3.3 Disable Operator Mode


Format – 1 8 8 5 #

4.4 Ringing Extensions and Ringing Mode


4.4.1 Set Ringing Extension in Day Mode
 To set Extension EE ring when Incoming Call on CO Line M
Format – 3 0 M EE 0 #
M – CO Line Port No (M = 1,2,3)
EE – Extension No (EE = 01 is Ext 20,…, EE = 08 is Ext 27)
In default Setting, extension 20 and 21 will ring.

 To cancel Extension EE ring when Incoming Call on CO Line M


Format – 3 0 M EE 1 #

 To cancel all ringing extensions when Incoming Call on CO line M

Example - To set extension 23, 24, 25 ring when incoming on CO Line 3 –


In programming mode, Dial 303#, 30304#, 30305#, 30306#.

4.4.2 Set Ringing Extension in Night Mode


 To set Extension EE ring when Incoming Call on CO line M , in Night Mode
Format – 3 1 M EE 0 #
M – CO Line Port No (M = 1,2,3)
EE – Extension No (EE = 01 is Ext 20,…, EE = 08 is Ext 27)
In default Setting, extension 20 and 21 will ring.

 To cancel Extension EE ring when Incoming Call on CO line M


Format – 3 1 M EE 1 #
M – CO Line Port No (M = 1,2,3)
EE – Extension No (EE = 01 is Ext 20,…, EE = 08 is Ext 27)

 To cancel all ringing extensions when Incoming Call on CO line M


Format – 3 1 M #

Example - To set extension 21, 22, 27 ring when incoming on CO Line 2, in Night Mode
In programming mode, Dial 312#, 312 02#, 312 03#, 313 08#

4.4.3 Set CO Lines Ringing Mode


380# Set CO Lines Ringing in normal mode. All Ringing extensions ring simultaneously.

381# Set all CO lines ring in Round Robin mode. Ringing extensions will ring one by one.

4 9 9 TT# Set the Ringing Extension ringing time in Round Robin Mode. TT = 01 to 99 seconds.
Ringing Extension will ring for TT seconds and then next Ringing Extension will ring and
so on.
Default TT = 10, which is 10 seconds.

4.4.4 Ringing Mode when Ringing Extensions are Busy


When all Ringing extensions are busy and incoming call comes on CO line.

1880# System will send prompt beep tone to the Ringing Extensions.

1881# System will search the first free extension from Ext. 20 to Ext. 27 in that sequence and
ring it.

4.5 Dial Out Mode Setting


4.5.1 Set Indirect Dialling Out Mode for all Ext.
Set Indirect Dial out Mode for All Extension. In this Mode, on lifting up the handset, User will get the
internal Dial Tone and needs to Press ‘0’ to access CO Line.

This is System Default Setting.

Format – 2 1 #

4.5.2 Set Indirect Dialling Out Mode for Certain Ext.


Format – 2 E E 1 #
EE – Extension No 01 to 08 ( 01 is Ext 20, .. , 08 is Ext 27)

4.5.3 Set Direct Dialling Out Mode for all Ext.


Set Direct Dial out Mode for All Extension. In this Mode, on lifting up the handset, User will get the
access to CO Line directly.

Format – 2 0 #

In this mode, user should press ‘*’ to get internal dial tone.

4.5.2 Set Direct Dialling Out Mode for Certain Ext.


Format – 2 E E 0 #
EE – Extension No 01 to 08 ( 01 is Ext 20, .. , 08 is Ext 27)

4.6 Call Restriction – Class Assignment


Class of Restrictions L

L=1 No Restriction
L=2 ISD Locking
L=3 STD Locking
L=4 Restriction on Calling with Prefix numbers in List 1
L=5 Restriction on Calling with Prefix numbers in List 2
L=6 Internal Calling only
L=0 Calling Allowed on numbers with Prefix in List 3

4.6.1 Set Class setting for all Extensions

4.6.2 Set Class setting for particular EE Extension


Format – 4 0 EE L #

4.7 Restriction List (List 1 / List 2) and Allowed List (List 3)


System can store in memory three list as shown in table below.
Each List can store 16 groups of Prefix Numbers, which can vary from 1 to 4 digits long.

List 1 – Restriction List for Class L = 4


List 2 – Restriction List for Class L = 5
List 3 – Allowed List for Class L = 0
Group No – PP – 01 to 16

4.7.1 Set Restriction Item for List 1


Format – 4 1 PP ABCD #
PP – Group No from 01 to 16

ABCD – Prefix digits of the outgoing number to be restricted. It can from 1 to 4 digits. If
less than 4 digits, end with #.
Example - To restrict Numbers starting with 7810 and 707
Dial 41 01 7810#, 41 02 707#.
This will store 7810 at Location 01 of List 1 and 707 at Location 02 of List 1.

4.7.2 Clear Restriction Item from List 1


Format – 4 1 PP #
PP – Group No from 01 to 16
This will delete Group No from List 1.
Example - In Above example we restricted Numbers starting with 7810 and 707. Now to delete 707
from the list, dial 4102#.
This will delete 707 from Location 02 of List 1.

4.7.3 Clear All Items in List 1


Format – 4 1 #
This will delete all the data in List 1

4.7.4 Set Restriction Item for List 2


Format – 4 2 PP ABCD #
PP – Group No from 01 to 16
ABCD – Prefix digits of the outgoing number to be restricted. It can from 1 to 4 digits. If
Prefix digits less than 4 digits, end with #.

4.7.5 Clear Restriction Item from List 2


Format – 4 2 PP #
PP – Group No from 01 to 16
This will delete Group No PP from List 2.

4.7.6 Clear All Items in List 2


Format – 4 2 #
This will delete all the data in List 2.

4.8 Set Allowed List (List 3)


System can store in memory Allowed list as shown in table above
List 3 is used when only numbers starting with the prefix mentioned in the list can be dialled out.
Class L = 0. Rest all numbers dialled out won’t be connected.

4.8.1 Set Allowed Item for List 3


Format – 4 3 PP ABCD #
PP – Group No from 01 to 16

ABCD – Prefix digits of the outgoing number to be allowed. It can be from 1 to 4 digits. If
less than 4 digits, end with #.
Example - To only allow Numbers starting with 9810 and 95.
Dial 43 01 9810#, 43 02 95#.
This will store 9810 at Location 01 of List 3 and 95 at Location 02 of List 3.

4.8.2 Clear Allowed Item from List 3


Format – 4 3 PP #
PP – Group No from 01 to 16
This will delete Group No from List 3.
Example - In Above example we allowed Numbers starting with 9810 and 95 to be dialled. Now to
delete 95 from the list, dial 4302#.
This will delete 95 from Location 02 of List 3.

4.8.3 Clear All Items in List 1


Format – 4 3 #
This will delete all the data in List 3.

4.9 Call Duration Setting


4.9.1 Set Call Duration Time
This feature will set the call duration for Extension in Minutes. System will disconnect the call after
programmed minutes for the particular extension.
Format – 6 EE TT #
EE – Extension No
TT – Time in Minutes ( 01 to 99 )

4.9.2 Clear Call Duration Time


This feature will clear the call duration restriction of the Extension.
Format – 6 EE 00 #
EE – Extension No

4.10 CO Line Access Setting


These settings are used to define CO line access by Extension in Day Mode and Night Mode.

DAY Mode Setting

70 M EE0# Allows Extension EE to Access CO Line M.


70 M 0# Allows All Extensions to Access CO Line M.
70 M 1# Restricts All Extensions to Access CO Line M.
70 M EE 1# Restricts Extension EE to Access CO Line M.
70 EE 2# Allows Extension EE to Access ALL CO line.
70 EE 3# Restricts Extension EE access to all CO Line.

Night Mode Setting


This setting is required if Night Mode is set. System is in Day Mode by Default.

4.11 Flexible Numbering


The system can be programed to have Flexible Extension Numbers from 2 to 4 Digit as required.
Default Numbering System is – 20,21, 22.. 27 (for Extension No. EE = 01,02,03… 08).

4.11.1 Change the Extension Number


Format – 9 EE ABCD #
EE – Extension Port Number ( 01 to 08 )
ABCD – New Dialling Number (2 to 4 Digit)
Note
 All Numbers have to be with same number of digits – 2 ,3 or 4.
 Numbers cannot start with 0, 1, 7, 8, 9 as they are used in operating codes and reserved for
future use.
 If number of digits has to be changed from 2 to 3, the new extension numbers to be
programmed one after the other. For Example - , If new extension numbers to be changed
as shown in table ,it should be programmed in following manner, continuously -

Auto Sequencing of Extension Numbers -


Format - 9 00 ABCD #
This code will set the new extension numbers starting from ABCD, in sequence.
900501# will make new extension numbers – 501,502, 503… 508.

4.11.2 Restore Default Extension Number


Format – 9000 #
This will restore the default extension Numbers 20 – 27.

4.12 Music On Hold

This will play the Music on Hold Melody.

4.13 Ringing/Transfer/Reservation time


4.13.1 Internal Call Ringing Time
Format: 4 9 4 TT#
TT - seconds 01-99, default setting is 30seconds

This sets the ringing time when an extension is called.

4.13.2 Call Transfer Ringing Time


Format: 4 9 6 TT#
TT - seconds 01-99, default setting is 25seconds

When a call is transferred, then the system will ring the called extension with this setting time.

4.13.3 No Answer Call forwarding Time


Format: 1 8 4 TT#
TT - seconds 01-99, default setting is 20 seconds

When CO line incoming call ring some extension, but no answer, after TT seconds, the call will be
forwarded to another extension.

4.13.4 CO Line Reservation Time


Format: 1 8 6 TT#
TT = 01-99, reservation time is TT * 10 s

Set CO line reservation time when Ext. holds the call.


On default setting, TT=12, so the reservation time is 120s.

4.14 Transfer Operation Setting


4.14.1 External Call Transfer Mode
Format: 1 5 3 0 #
During CO call transfer, after flash hook, if transfer extension doesn’t dial number within 5 second,
the extension will reconnect with CO line again. Or if transfer extension dial a wrong number or
dialed extension is busy, system will send 3 busy tone, then reconnect CO line.

Format: 1 5 3 1 # (this is the default setting)


During call transfer, after flash hook, if transfer extension doesn’t dial number, system will hold the
CO line until flash hook again to reconnect it. Or if transfer extension dial a wrong number or dialed

extension is busy, system will send 10 busy tone, then transfer extension can flash hook again to
reconnect with CO line.

4.14.2 Extension No Answer Process for CO Call Transfer

162# Call back the extension, this is default setting


163# If the call back extension is busy, system will release the CO line.

4.15 Extension Group Setting


The Extensions can be set in two groups and each group is assigned an Extension number. When this
extension group number is dialed, all extensions in that group will ring together. The extension
group number will have same number of digits as other extensions calling number digits.

4.15.1 Set Extension Group Number


All the extension can be set in 2 groups.
Format: 99 0 ABCD #
Set the first group calling number ABCD and enable it.

Format: 99 1 ABCD #
Set the second group calling number and enable it.
The length of Extension group number should be the same with the other extension numbers.
Ext group number should be different with the other extension number

Example - 99033# - This will enable an extension group and assign extension calling number 33 to
the group.

4.15.2 Add members in Ext. group


Format: 3 9 0 EE1 EE2 … EEr * EEs .. EEo #
EE1 EE2 – Extension Port Numbers
EEr * EEs – Extension Port Number from EEr to EEs in sequence

Extension Port No EE1, EE2, EEr to EEs are added to First Group.

Example: Add Extension Numbers 20, 21 and 23 to 26 (23, 24, 25,26) in sequence as members of the
first group, then input 390 01 02 04 * 07 #.
Now on Dialling ‘33’ , Ext.20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26 will ring at the same time.

Format: 3 9 1 EE1 EE2 … EEr * EEs .. EEo #

4.15.3 Extension Group Work Mode

Set the Extension group in Meeting mode.
When Extension group is in meeting mode, If some extension call this group, all the members in this
group will ring simultaneously, and each extension can pick up the handset to talk with the caller,
while the other extension keep ringing. This is a conference function.

Format: 169#
Set the Extension group in normal call mode.
When Extension group is in Normal call mode, If some extension call this group, all the members in
this group will ring simultaneously, and if some extension pick up the call, other extension will stop
ringing.
Default setting is normal call mode.

4.16 Internal Hotline Function

Internal Hotline - Any extension when picked up, system will call the operator directly.

883# Enable internal hotline function for all extension


883 EE# Enable internal hotline function for EE extension
884# Disable internal hotline function for all extension
884 EE# Disable internal hotline function for EE extension
Set Dialling Wait Time in hotline status, that is when hotline enabled
189 TT# extension is picked up, the user can dial any number within TT Seconds. If
nothing is dialled within TT seconds, system will call operator directly.

4.17 Add Prefix Digits for Intercom CID


4.17.1 Add Digits for Intercom CID
Format: 180 KK #

Add KK in intercom Caller ID number


Some telephone can not display the caller ID number less than 4 digits, so we need to add some
prefix digit.
Default setting: KK=00 ,CID number will add two digit 00.

Chapter 5 – Operating Instructions

5.1 Outgoing Call


5.1.1 Normal Mode
Format: 0 + Outgoing Number

To access CO Line for outgoing calls.

Format: 7M + Outgoing Number

To access desired CO Line M ( M is CO Line port no = 1,2,3)


Example – To access CO Line 2 directly, Dial 72

5.1.2 Direct Dial Out Mode


In direct dial out mode, the CO line is accessed directly when extension picks up the phone and
Outgoing Number can be dialled.

5.13 Reserve CO Line / Auto Call Back


Format: #0

If CO Line is busy, press #0 and hang up. Once the CO line is released, system will auto call back your
extension and give access to CO Line.

5.2 Intercom Call


5.1.1 Normal Mode (Default Mode)
Format: Extension Number

In this mode, lift the handset and dial the extension number directly.

5.1.2 Direct Dial Out Mode


Format: * + Extension Number

In this mode, on lifting the Handset CO Line is accessed directly. Press * to access the internal dial
tone and dial the desired extension number or system programming can be done.

5.3 Answering Call


When CO Line incoming arrives, the operator ringing extensions will ring. When picked up, other
ringing extensions stop ringing and you can talk to the caller.

5.4 Call Pick Up


FORMAT: 8

To pick up call from another extension, press 8.

Example – If Extension 25 is ringing and you want to pick it up from another extension,

Lift Handset and Press 8.

FORMAT : #3 + Extension Calling Number


To pick up call of the particular extension when ringing.

Example – If Extension 27 is ringing and you want to pick it up from another extension,

5.5 Call Transfer


5.5.1 Call Transfer to Another Extension
Format: Flash hook (or press the FLASH button) then Dial the Extension Number.

Allows you to transfer an incoming call to another Ext.


The Flash time can be set.
In the process of the transfer, the CO line will hear music on hold.

Example: Ext.22 is talking with CO line and need to transfer the call to 26, then extension 22 can
transfer the incoming call to extension 26 by flashing hook (or pressing the FLASH ) and dialling 26.

There maybe following 8 cases after a call is transferred from Ext. A to Ext. B:
● A does not hang up after B pick up handset .Then communication between A and B is established
while CO line is on hold (music on hold). Whoever hang up (A or B), system will transfer CO line to
the other.
● A does not hang up and B does not answer A within 25 seconds. Then A will restore the connection
with CO. line, and B will stop ringing.
● A hang up and B answer the call; B will talk with CO line.
● A hang up and B does not answer the call within 25 seconds, the call will be back to ring A, if A
never picks up the call in 30 seconds or A is busy, the CO line will be cut off.
● After A flash hook then hear the error massage, that means the system is busy, A can proceed to
flash hook (or press the FLASH button) until the error massage is disappear.
● A make invalid operation or B is busy, After a continuous beep tone, A can repeat the operation.
● A hang up and B does not pick up. A pick up again and press: 8 (If the Ext is at Direct-Dialling-Out
mode, you should input: * 8), then A will restore the connection with CO line.
● The EXT. which transfer the call (flash hook), then the CO line will be on hold status until dial the
right Ext. number or flash hook again to access CO line.

5.5.1 Call Transfer to Extension Group


Format: Flash hook (or press the FLASH button) then Dial the Extension Group Number

You can transfer an incoming call to an Extension Group, by dialling the Extension Group Number.
The members of the Ext. Group will ring together. When any one of the ringing Extension picks up the
phone, others will stop ringing.

5.6 Three Way Conference (1 CO Line + 2 Extensions)


Format: Flash hook (or press FLASH button) + * + Extension Number

Allow you to add a third party to a two-party conversation and make a three-party conference. You can have only
two Ext. with one CO line.

Example: Ext. 22 is talking with CO line caller and then need to add Ext.27 in the call – While on call with CO,
Flash Hook + * + 27

5.7 Call Forward


5.7.1 Call Forward Unconditional
Call Forwarding to Extension

Format: #81 + Extension Number

You can forward all calls to any other pre-assigned Extension number. This feature is useful when
you move from one extension to another and don’t want to miss the call on your extension.

Example: Extension 22 to forward all incoming calls to Extension 23 –


Lift Handset of Extension 22, Dial #8123. A confirmation tone will be heard.

Call Forwarding to Mobile

Format: #81 * ABCDEF #

You can forward all calls to any other Mobile or Landline number. This feature is useful when you
move go out and don’t want to miss any call.

Example: Extension 22 to forward all incoming calls to Extension 01212526613 –


Lift Handset of Extension 22, Dial #81*01212526613#.
A confirmation tone will be heard.

Cancel the Unconditional Call Forward - #81#

5.7.2 Call Forward when Busy/No Answers


Call Forwarding to Extension

You can forward all calls to any other pre-assigned Extension number when your extension is busy or
does not answer.

Example: Extension 22 to forward incoming calls to Extension 23, when Extension 22 is busy/no
answer –

This cancels the Call Forwarding set on the extension.

5.7.4 Set Call Forwarding Talking Time – for External Call Forward
Format: #84TT

Set the talking time for Call Forward to External Number ( TT = 01 to 99 , Unit is 10s)
Default Setting is TT = 09 ( 09 x 10 = 90 seconds)
This setting is different for each Extension.

System will send reminder tone for 10s in last 10s when call is connected in call forwarding. User can
press # to increase the talking time for TT duration as set.

5.7.5 Extension Call Forward settings by Programming Extensions


You can set other Extension Call forwarding through Programming Extensions.

Format:

#26 EE ABCD# Set Unconditional Call Forward for Extension EE to Extension Number ABCD.
#26 EE# Clear Unconditional Call Forward for Extension EE.
#26# Clear Unconditional Call Forward for All Extensions.

“ABCD” is the Extension number to which the extension has to be forwarded

5.8 Do Not Disturb – DND

This feature allows you to intercept the on-going conversation on CO line.


Only Extension 20 (Extension Port 01) and Operator Extension can Barge-In.

*The monitor is responsible for the legal issues resulting from the operation.

5.9.2 Extension Call Monitor


Format: #77 + Extension Number

This feature allows you to intercept the busy Extension.


Only Extension 20 (Extension Port 01) and Operator Extension can Barge-In.

5.10 Clear Extension Function Setting


Format: #80

This command will clear all function that extension was set, such as DND/Call divert/Call forward/
CO reservation etc. This command has no influence to other extension.

5.11 Call All Extensions (Group Call)


Format: #88

One extension can dial #88, then all other extension will ring simultaneously, if any extension is picked up they
can talk with the calling extension, while the other extension keep ringing.

5.12 Extension Number Query


Format: #62

During the installation and testing to the system, it is very convenient to know the Extension
number. The system will display Port Number and Extensions Number on the Caller ID Phone.

Example: Pick up Ext. 24 (Caller ID Phone), Input #62, After you hear a beep tone, hang up the
phone. The extension will ring one second and you can see the port number and extension number
on the Phone Display : 0524 ( 05 is Port number , 24 is extension number)dial

5.13 Setting Day/Night Mode


Format:
DAY MODE - #20# - Set the system in day work mode.
NIGHT MODE - #21# - Set the system in night work mode.

On default setting, system is in day work mode.

Chapter 6 – Memory Dialling

This function allow Extension to make an outgoing call with only dialling two digits series number

6.1 Programming Setting


The following format should be performed in programming status:

46# Clear all Memory - Dialling Number


46KK# Clear Memory Dialling Number stored at KK
46 KK XYZ# Set Memory Dialling Number XYZ at KK

KK is the memory number, KK =01-96. You can set at most 96 memory dialling number.

XYZ is memory-dialling number. The longest number can be 16 digits.

*For first time setting, Dial 46# to clear all memory locations.

6.2 Operating Instruction


From Any Extension

Format: #70 + KK (01-96)

Example: You set number 9876543210 as the first number in memory dialling list - Pick up Ext.20,
enter into programming state (*#*0000 ) and hear beep tone, then dial 46 01 9876543210.

After this setting, you can pick up one extension and dial #70 01, system will access available CO line
and call 9876543210 automatically.

Chapter 7 - Extension Dynamic Lock

Each extension can set a lock password which will enable only intercom calling and no other feature
can be accessed.

7.1 Set the password of dynamic lock


Format: #5*abcd ABCD

ABCD – New Password

abcd – Old Password , Default password is 0000.

If any typing mistake, will hear busy tone.

7.2 Locking
Format: #5 #ABCD *

You will hear a verification tone, which confirms the extension locking.

7.3 Unlocking setting


Format: #5 #ABCD #

You will hear verification tone, and extension will be unlocked.

7.4 Initialization / Reset the password


This is done by Entering Programming Mode by Operator.

Format:

500 00# All extension password returns to default 0000


500 EE# Clear the Extension EE password (EE is extension serial number, NN =01-16)
