Trexie: Good morning, thank you for calling Moriartea Restaurant, this is Trexie speaking. How
may I help you?

Client: Good morning, I would like to make a reservation for a luncheon meeting.

Trexie: Yes, of course Sir. May I ask for which day and for what time?

Client: It’s for Monday, 14th of June, at exactly 12:00 noon.

Trexie: Okay Sir, How many people will you need the reservation for?

Client: There will be 8 of us.

Potato soup. For the salad, we have Tomato-peached Salad, Watercress-Fruit Salad and Caesar
Salad. For the Main Course, we have Chili-garlic beef with stir fry noodles, Grilled scallops with
creamed corn, Pork tenderloin with golden beets and Chard-Wrapped Fish with Lemon and
Olive. For the dessert, we have Chocolate Coffee Truffle, Buttery Raspberry Crumble Bars,
Banana Pudding and Fried Ice Cream. For the Red wine we have Riunite Lambrusco and Syrah,
for the white wine we have Chardonnay and Verdelho.

Client: For the Appetizer we’re going to have Romesco dips, for the soup, White Bean & Ham
Soup, for the salad we’ll choose Watercress-Fruit Salad, for the Main Course we’re going to
have Grilled Scallops with Creamed corn and Pork Tenderloin with Golden Beets, for the
Dessert it’s going to be Friend Ice Cream and Verdelho for the Wine.

Client: None.
