Question: 1 Why should we describe the research procedure in details? Answer: We should describe the research procedure in details Because subsequent research can repeat the study for further improvement, retaining the continuity of what has already been done, the research should be documented in full. The research should be for solving existing problems in the workplace and setting new ideas and information for a specific area. It also contributes to the creation of knowledge that is utilized to establish theories, political support decisions, and problem resolution. To meet the study's objectives in this section of the research paper, which includes all research-related actions carried out in order to propose a feasible solution to the problem. More precisely, the research approach allows us to find a solution to a problem. The research method offers us with the essential expertise in selecting methodologies, resources, and scientific equipment, as well as instruction in problem-specific methodology. Research is a methodical process that can be described in a logical order starting at the commencement of the problem. Furthermore, it is critical to recognize that the research process is basically circular, with preceding and subsequent processes building on each other. Question: 2 What is meant by validity and reliability of data? How would you test these validity and reliability? Answer: There are numerous approaches to determining data dependability and validity. However, we must follow a specific technique in order to do so. First and foremost, we must determine who collected the data. That data collector should keep in mind the right notion he gathered while collecting data. He or she can also access information from the past. Second, what were the data sources? We must seek for reliable sources. We must seek out and investigate the correct source where we can obtain authentic knowledge that will be beneficial. Third, were they gathered in a proper manner? We have the ability to acquire primary data. This is the collection of raw data by a researcher for a specific study project. Later on, it could be broken down into numerous categories. Fourth, we can discover when they are collected. Because time should be kept track of as well. Data must be gathered at the appropriate moment. Of course, this is contingent on data collection being possible at all. Furthermore, the questions posed and the analytical emphasis of interest make a difference. So, what amount of precision was required? We must employ reliable data, align our essential components, retain neutrality, and then apply automated and computerized programs while preserving accuracy. Finally, after all of our efforts, we must determine whether we have achieved data reliability. So, these are the procedures to take while determining the validity and dependability of data. Question: 3 Why should we mention procedural limitations of research ? Answer: Although research has many limits, one should only highlight those that are directly related to your study concerns. If conducting a meta-analysis of secondary data is not one of your study objectives, there is no need to include it as a research limitation. The following are some examples of limitations of research in a normal dissertation: 1. Formulation of research aims and objectives: It's possible that one has stated research goals and objectives too vaguely. One can explain how the formulation of research aims and objectives could be limited in order to enhance the study's degree of focus. 2. Implementation of data collection method: Because one lacks substantial expertise in primary data, the nature of the data collection method's implementation is likely to be incorrect. 3. Sample size: The size of the sample is determined by the nature of the research topic. Statistical tests will not be able to discover significant correlations within a data set if the sample size is too small. One may argue that a bigger sample size would have resulted in more accurate results. In quantitative research, sample size is more important than in qualitative studies. 4. Lack of previous studies in the research area: A literature review is an important element of any research project since it aids in determining the breadth of previous work in the field. The findings of the literature review are utilized as a foundation for the researcher to build on in order to fulfill her study goals. However, if one has focused on the most current and evolving research problem or a too narrow research problem, there may be little, if any, prior research on the topic. 5. Scope of discussions: Regardless of the research topic, one might mention this fact as a restriction in the study. Because (most likely) one doesn't have a lot of experience conducting research and writing academic papers, the scope and depth of your paper's discussions are limited in comparison to the works of experienced academics on many levels.
