About BU
NWOW Automation (NAUT) is a unit of New Way of Working (NWOW) practice within LTI, responsible for
institutionalizing AUTOMATION as a culture across the organization by leveraging ML/AI solutions, LTI’s
products / IPs, and Industry best practices.
B usiness Unit: NAUT Proposed Role: AI Automation Consultant/ Jr. Solution Architects

Education: B.Tech / M.Tech Streams: All Branches

Experience: N/A Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune

Roles & Responsibilities

• AI Automation assessment / research to identify opportunities
• AI Automation solution architecture design
• Development of IT Automation solution POC / Prototypes
• Development of Business case(s) and Cost estimates
• Client interactions / coordination (e.g. Solution presentation)
• Research and Development of Automation IPs / Point solutions
• Design and Develop NexGen AIOPs platform
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover hidden trends and patterns
• Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
• Present information using data visualization techniques
• Design / Define automation standards / framework
• Publish and maintain documentation on standards for all the automation solutions
• Publish Point of views (POV) / White papers around AI Automation

Required Skills & Competencies

• Machine learning / Deep learning algorithms
• Data science / analytics / Good in mathematics – Linear Algebra & Statistics
• Application / System programming
• PowerShell / Perl and Python scripting
• Knowledge in Automation tools (e.g. Orchestrators)
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Awareness of Emerging IT Technologies (e.g. Cloud, Cyber security, Automation, IOT)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
