DURING CLASS

= teacher must understand that the students has individual differences and he/she
need respect that. Teachers can address issue in differences by knowing the students
interest, strength and weaknesses. Teachers must be aware of the cultural differences and
values of each students to avoid misunderstanding inside the classroom.

3. What strategies are done by the teachers to maximize the benefits of diversity in
the classroom?

= the strategies that the teachers can be done to maximize the benefits of
diversity in the classroom are the following ; get to the students, maintain consistent
communication, acknowledge and respect every students, practice cultural sensitivity and
give students freedom and flexibility.
