In order to support our Partners and Customers during ongoing difficult times we have created
a special bundle at an attractive price to force and simplify the usage of OpenScape Business
home office solutions in combination with OpenScape Web Collaboration.

In more detail the promotional package includes the following licenses and simplifies the
ordering process for OpenScape Business home office and collaboration solutions in a single

Terms and Conditions

▶ Target Audience: Atos Unify is offering its Resellers the opportunity to purchase the discounted OpenScape
Business Home Office Package via their preferred Distributor for all Resellers accredited in the Unify Partner
Program at a level of Authorized, Professional or Master subject to terms and conditions defined below. The
ordering position can be used for new or existing OpenScape Business V3 systems and customers

▶ What we offer: Atos Unify is offering its accredited Partners a new time bounded ordering position
OpenScape Business Home Office package:
– The promotional package discount of about 17% based on GLP (compared to single license ordering)
applies to the following OpenScape Business Home Office Package: L30250-U622-B749
– Please see 1. Chapter Content of the Package for details on contained SW Licenses.
– For China separate L-Numbers (L30251-U600-G719) with the same content and conditions apply for the
packages.
– This is a non-binding, recommended retail price offer. Pricing solely at the discretion of our distributors.

▶ Validation time: The new ordering position OpenScape Business Home Office Package (L30250-U622-B749)
is available for ordering until June, 30th, 2021.

▶ Where is this offer valid: The offer is valid for all countries where OpenScape Business V3 is released.

Terms and Conditions

▶ The OpenScape Business Home Office Package can only be used in combination with OpenScape Business Base
licenses with 3 years of SSP and can be renewed with the regular Software Support Renewal licenses

▶ Either one or more OpenScape Business Home Office Packages can be activated on a single OpenScape Business
system. The maximum of possible packages for activation is limited to the capacity of the desired OpenScape
Business system

▶ The OpenScape Business Home Office Package cannot be splitted, means only the whole package can be shifted but
no particular users from the package. OpenScape Business Instant Meeting / Web Collaboration license can´t be
shifted overall as these are time bounded licenses valid for 180 days

▶ The included OpenScape Business Instant Meeting / Web Collab Room license is valid for 180 days up from the
activation date on CLS and can´t be enhanced. In case the customer wants to extend the use of Web Collaboration,
a permanent OpenScape Business Instant Meeting Room license needs to be ordered.

▶ OpenScape Business UC User licenses as part of the package can´t be upgraded to OpenScape Business UC
Groupware User licenses

▶ Within Chapter 3 you can find OpenScape Business Home Office use case scenarios for the Promotion Package. For
further details of which licenses are needed please refer to the OpenScape Business V3 Sales Information within
Unify Partner Portal

▶ The promotional package can only be used from V3 Software
