1. Fill out the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ) for your own body condition!

2. Take a look at your pictures from the Lab Activity at Home 1, give a brief analysis to relate
your NMQ with the postures in your pictures (put some marks on your pictures to show the
locations of the pains). For those who did not provide back and side views in lab activity 1,
you may take new pictures of whole body standing and sitting.

• Provide a brief analysis regarding your QEC results.

Based on the QEC exposure level, I have the results that show my body condition.
The result of the table is relevant with my condition in real life. I often feel pain in the neck
area rather that other body area. It could be happened since I need to focus on the laptop
monitor when performing some tasks such as do academic activities, watching videos,
playing games, reading e-book etc. For my back and shoulder, I sometimes feel pain when
I sit in the chair with typing on the keyboard for long time. It makes me feel boring as
mentally and feel sick since my body does not move that make my body rigid. For my
wrist/hand, I rarely feel pain since I often to move my hand to make sure my hand not
become rigid.
Based on the explanation above, it can be stated that I need to do some exercise and
make my body move to stretch the body. The exercise will be useful to make sure my body
does not feel pain because of stiff body. Beside exercise, I think I need to rearrange my
body position when sitting and do some activities. It can be avoiding some risk for body
injury and decrease possibility to have pain in the body
