Full Time Work Term (CPL 1049)

CO-OP EDUCATION POLICY FOR LAMBTON COLLEGE IN TORONTO:
SEMESTER: Winter 2022

Students enrolled in Lambton College in Toronto cooperative education programs are required to have a
minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or greater to be eligible to participate.
Students who fail to meet the minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or greater are eligible to enroll in WIL Project
(Work Integrated Learning) to graduate from their respective program. Additional fees associated with WIL
Project (Work Integrated Learning) are the responsibility of the students and must be paid in full before the
commencement of the term*.
*Students who have been determined to move into the WIL project stream:
1. May only upgrade 2 courses while on Work Integrated Learning (up to 6 hours and zero scheduling
conflicts)
2. Must have a GPA of 2.0 or above.
Students must also have successfully completed all the required courses to the end of the term preceding
enrollment in either CPL 1049 or CPL 5559 and have met any additional academic prerequisites established for
their specific program.

Full Time Work Term (CPL 1049)

Program: Quality Engineering Management (QEMT)

Program Intake: Winter 2022

Students enrolled at Lambton College in Toronto cooperative education programs are required to have a
minimum cumulative GPA (Grade point average) of 2.8 or greater to be eligible to participate in CPL 1049 Work
Term, Full Time.

Students who fail to meet the minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or greater are eligible to enroll in CPL 5559 – WIL
Project (Work Integrated Learning) in order to graduate from their respective program. Additional fees
associated with CPL 5559 – WIL Project (Work Integrated Learning) is the responsibility of the students and must
be paid in full before the commencement of the term. This is to cover the costs of faculty supervision and
infrastructure usage.

The cost of CPL 1049 is $ 900* + Guard Me (Including medical insurance). (Fee for 2022) + GPA of 2.8 or greater.
The cost of CPL 5559 is $ 2,380.00* (Including medical insurance). (Fee for 2022) + GPA of 2.0 or greater. This
is if the students have paid their coop fees in the previous semesters.

Students must also have successfully completed all the required courses to the end of the term preceding
enrollment in either CPL 1049 or CPL 5559 and have met any additional academic prerequisites established for
their specific program.
