How did you practice the habit?

I practiced this habit by making the problem into an inspiration, I believed that in order for me to
become successful in life I should practice this habit. As a student I already practiced this habit because
this habit is very important to me. It help me to survive this new set up of class despite of so many
challenges, stress, problem of cconnection. But by applying this habit in my life it gave me a strenght to
face all the problems and challenges.

Is there a change with how you interact with people?

Yes. When I started practicing this habit theres a lot of changes of how I interact with people everyday.
Like, I only make friends with people that I think they are not a bad influence on me.

How did you feel when you practice the habit?

Practicing this habit is so very easy to me and I always feel motivated in life.

Did practicing the habit make your life easier?

Yes. Practicing this habit makes my life easier because it teaches me on how to handle problems and
stress.

How did you practice the habit?

I practiced this habit by asking every time when there is a thing that I want to know and I want to learn
Practicing this habit it has a big benifits in my life, It help me to gain knowledge about the thing that I
want to learn.

Is there a change with youn interact with people?

By making curiosity as a habit it made me change the way I interact with people. I used to be a quiet
person but now that I'm practicing this habit and I'm becoming talkative because I always ask questions
even to people I don't know.

How did you feel when you practice the habit?

I feel like I was thirsty on learning and gaining knowledge.

Did practicing the habit make your life easier?

Yes. Practicing this habit made my life easier. Asking a questions every time make my easier because I
can learn something that I can apply to myself. I can apply all the knowledge that I gathered through
questioning to become a successful someday. My curiosity is my way or my key to success which will
make my life easier and better.

SEEK FIRST TO UNDERSTAND, THEN TO BE UNDERSTOOD

How did you practice the habit?

I practiced this habit everytime when there is something that I want to understand. When I seek to
understand, I admit that I don’t currently understand. Which means I admit that I am not in possession
of all the relevant information. Which means I am effectively ready to learn it.

Is there a change with youn interact with people?

Yes. Few things can get me into more trouble than being too quick to talk. I can end up committing to
things that I shouldn’t, saying things that I don’t even mean, and generally killing my credibility. In many
cases, I speak first and speak often because I was looking for people to understand me.

How did you feel when you practice the habit?

The great thing about this habit is that its not only makes me a better friend, student, and partner to
those people around me, it provides tremendous benefits to me as well. It makes me feel better
everyday.

Did practicing the habit make your life easier?

Yes. In this habit,It gives me the concept of empathic listening because it helps me understand the
viewpoint of others effectively.

BE PROACTIVE

How did you practice the habit?

Being Proactive person I always taking responsibility for my life. I can’t keep blaming everything on my
parents. As a proactive person I recognized my self that I am responsible.I don’t blame genetics,
circumstances, conditions, or conditioning for my behavior. And I choose this kind of behavior.

Is there a change with you interact with people?

As a proactive person I always seek action, I love to solve problems, and do whatever it takes to prevent
them from happening. As a proactive person I enjoy doing things and I do not stay anchored in the
routine, but I always look for new challenges, which provide an outlet for my energy.

How did you feel when you practice the habit?

Practicing this habit makes feel like I have more self-confidence, self-control, ability to show respect for
the ideas of others.

Did practicing the habit make your life easier?

Yes, practicing this habit made my life easier. It helps me to be more creative, it teaches me how to find
solutions to problems and anticipate them, that implies a great capacity for adaptation and flexibility.
Because I believed that if you don’t change your mind and adapt, you will hardly reach new solutions.

How did you practice the habit?

When I started practicing this habit, I can do the things that I have to do before, I can do the things that
want to do. I can stay focus on what I’m doing, I can try to minimize distractions and regroup if I get off
task. I spent my time on the things that are the most important to me.

Is there a change with you interact with people?

Yes, because since I practiced this habit, instead of hanging out with my friends, I prioritize the
important things in life. I prioritized the important things in my life that will help me to have a good
future

How did you feel when you practice the habit?

I felt like my whole day is not wasted. I felt that by practicing this habit helps me day by day so that I can
be a productive person everyday

Did practicing the habit make your life easier?

Yes, it helps me to focus my priorities, it helps me to pay attention to how I spend my time as I act upon
my priority’s day in day out moment by moment.
