    Project Title: Procurement of School-Based Feeding Program

    Subject: Additional Requirements

    1. This Bid Bulletin is hereby issued for the information and guidance of all
    prospective bidders. It shall form an integral part of the bid documents issued
    earlier in connection with the above-mentioned project.

    2. Below is the list of additional requirements:

     Rice + mongo dry cereal must have a DOST-FNRI certification and/or


    label in the food pack “Technology Developed by: DOST FNRI

     Milky Bun should have a certification that it is a product of the Philippine


    Carabao Center (PCC)

     There are 8 drop-off points

     Delivery days shall be Mondays and Thursdays, depending on the items


    listed in the cycle menu except for rice + mongo dry cereal, which may
    be one-time delivery.

    3. Please be guided accordingly.
