Sukses, sejak Februari 2020 sampai dengan sekarang.

▪ Create Training Program And Schedule Corporate Training
Program Also Create and update training presentation modules.
▪ Collaborate with managers from other divisions to be able to
develop a training need analyst concept that suits the needs of
each division Also an internal liaison with training vendors
budgeting who programmatically require certification, both
technically and non-technically.
▪ Create a curriculum and training syllabus that is tailored to the
needs of each division and training category that is intended for
each employee level.
▪ Review and assess the success of the training that has been
carried out and report it to the management
▪ Organize and carry out training schedules both offline and online
and also carry out training as a trainer.
▪ Responsible for the new employee onboarding program and carry
out the induction program up to assessment and review for the
next 3 months and also for the internship program according to
the company's needs, especially for each division.
▪ Responsible for the implementation of the MDP program as the
future cadre of the company.
▪ Creating visual creative content of interesting learning media.
▪ Handling for internal events related to the company calendar or
national calendar.
▪ Create an employee engagement program and do it to get a
desired corporate culture in accordance with the company's vision
and mission.

Gaji Tetap Terakhir Saya Rp 15.000.000,-

4. Apakah Menguasai Video Conference Management & Master Of
Ceremony ?
Saya menguasai untuk Aplikasi Zoom, Webex, dan Google Meet
karena diperusahaan dan organisasi biasa menggunakan dan
menjadi operator Webinar ataupun Training Online. Untuk MC saya
pernah lakukan di beberapa Event Launching Product & Acara
Resmi Perusahaan.
