Dan: To our dear University President, Fr. Francis Efren C. Zabala OMI, to
Dr. Delma A. Yuarata, the elegant Vice President for Academic
Affairs, to our ever supportive college deans, mentors, teachers,
and to our fellow graduating students…

Both: As-salamu alaykum, and a pleasant afternoon!

Dan: I am Danah A. Mama

Rae: I am Rae Marie C. Manar.

Both: And we are your emcees for today.

Rae: To our viewers, I am so humbled to welcome you to the first


general assembly of the Graduating Class Association 2022 (GCA).
You heard that right. In this association, we will be having
conversations regarding our plans as graduates! Isn’t that exciting? I
know I’m not the only one! For a start, the agenda of today’s
assembly are the Presentation of Board of Directors and Advisers,
Reading of Constitution and By-Laws, and the Opening of the
Nomination for the GCA Council. All this and more!

Dan: To formally commence the program, I ask everybody to please join


us in the invocation to our Almighty God as we pray. May we have
Sir Jioniel Eneria to lead us the Christian prayer, and Sir Marouf
Tuga, to lead us the Islamic Prayer. Afterwards, please remain
present for the singing of the national anthem.

PRAYER AND NATIONAL ANTHEM

Rae: May I request Ms. Honeypa K. Maitumama, the BOD Chairperson,


to deliver her anticipated opening remarks?

OPENING REMARKS

Dan: Thank you Ms. Maitumama. And now, joining us here today is our
dear father president, Fr. Francis Efren C. Zabala OMI, to deliver his
inspirational message.

INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE

Rae: Thank you very much for your valuable insights, Fr. President. Your
words are truly inspiring. Now, without further ado, let us proceed
to the presentation of the board of directors and advisers of the
GCA. May we have Sir Ronald Mamaril to introduce the GCA’s
Board of Directors and advisers.

PRESENTATION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND ADVISERS

Dan: Thank you so much, Sir Mamaril. I know it will not be an easy
journey for us, In God’s will, anything is possible. It is such an honor
to be part of this association. And you, my fellow graduating
students, can be part of the team too! In order to know how, may I
call on Sir Kayse Kusain to present the GCA’s Constitution and By-
Laws? Sir Kusain, the virtual floor is yours.

READING OF CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS

Rae: Thank you, sir Kusain. To my fellow students, I believe you already
have someone in mind as the CBL was being presented. If you think
someone or you are good enough to be one of the officers of the
GCA Council, step up, and let’s hear your nominations! Joining us
here today is Sir Marouf Tuga and Sir Jioniel Eneria to facilitate the
nomination for the GCA Council.

OPENING OF THE NOMINATION FOR THE GCA COUNCIL

Dan: And that concludes the nomination for the GCA Council!
Congratulations and we wish you the best! Now, Ladies and
Gentlemen, would you please join me in welcoming Dr. Delma A.
Yuarata, the acclaimed vice president for academic affairs, for her
inspirational message.

INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE

Rae: Thanks for sharing with us your inspirational speech, Dr. Yuarata. To
formally end the program, It is my pleasure to have with us the
phenomenal and supportive adviser of the GCA, Dr. Ronald G.
Mamaril, CPA, to deliver his closing remarks.

CLOSING REMARKS

Dan: On behalf of the GCA Board of directors, I would like to express our
gratitude to Sir Mamaril. We appreciate your efforts to guide us all
throughout this journey. Once again, to our dear viewers, we hope
to see you in the next assembly as well! Cast your votes wisely, and
as always, stay safe and healthy!
