RULES AND REGULATIONS


Applicable to Online and Physical Examination

A. General
1) All students MUST write the following at the top of the exam paper or testpad:

3) During online examination, students must ensure the internet connection is stable
throughout the examination with appropriate device.
4) Shall students be caught intentionally or unintentionally cheating to obtain marks, ZERO
mark will be allocated for the student.

B. Exam Regulation
1) Only the required materials are allowed in the examination. Students are only allowed to
surf the Internet as per teacher’s instructions.
2) During physical examination, students MUST submit the answers within the given time;
During online examination, students must comment in the provided assignment post with
reason of late submission and submit before 10:00 PM on the same day the examination
date.
3) NO second attempts will be given for ALL subjects.

C. Attendance
1) Students MUST CHECK IN their attendance in Student Attendance Report.
2) Students MUST be in the examination 10 minutes ahead. NO extension will be given for late
comers.
3) Students are NOT allowed to leave the examination without teacher’s permission.
4) NO reschedule will be given without a valid reason with evidence to the Examination
Incident Report within 24 hours of absence.

D. Camera During Online Examination


1) Students MUST TURN ON the camera throughout the examination period during online
examination.
2) The camera must be in the right angle by showing the face and full activity of the students.
3) Shall students encounter technical issues during ongoing Online Examination, students must
submit a report in Examination Incident Report with evidence after the examination
within the same date of the examination before 10:00 PM.
Shall students fail to submit the report with evidence, students shall face consequences.
4) Shall students unable to turn on the camera, Management will provide a Camera
Exemption Letter During Examination with terms and conditions. Students and
Parents/Guardians are required to sign the letter 1 week ahead of the examination.

E. Marks
1) The following are to guide you throughout this examination paper. Students are required to
