2. Who were the people close to you as a child?

3. How did they contribute to the person that you are now?

4. Describe some unforgettable or important events that you experienced as a child.

5. What is the image I would like to project to others? Why? How does this compare with the
actual image I project?

6. What limitations do I have which I feel is most humiliating? Why is it humiliating?

7. What do others find in me that is difficult to get along with?

8. What compliments do I find most flattering? Why?

9. What sense of personal worth do I have? Explain your answer.

B. Living in the present:

1. How do I feel about myself at this point in my life?

2. How do I feel about the significant people (parents, relatives, and friends) around me?

3. What makes you happy now? Unhappy?

4. What is the source of joy to me? Why?

5. What robs me of my joy? Why?

C. Looking ahead into the future:

1. What is my dream or ambition in life? What would I like to become? Explain briefly your
answer.
