1. Give at least 3 strength that you have as a person and explain how it can help you to
reach your dreams and ambition in life. 15points
My strength which are hard-working, goal-oriented, and positive this is the one to reach my
ambition and dreams in life. Because this the one who strengthen me to overcome my goals.
Because my strength is the key to achieve it teaches me to discipline,dedication and
determination to reach anything in my life which will lead to summit of achievements
because no shortcut to success, only persistent effort can turn my ambitions into reality. The
more positive I think the more I open the opportunities and success include by my
surroundings with full of positive to reach my goals even though other try to pull me down
yet I keep dreaming alive for my ambitions in life.

2. What are the 3 weaknesses you think you have as a person and explain how will you
overcome it to reach your dreams and ambitions? 15 points

My greatest weakness is that I get impatient when projects run past the deadline. I’m a stickler for due dates
and get uncomfortable when work is not completed on time. To avoid this, I’ve started being more proactive
and paying attention to how I’m reacting to make sure I’m being motivational and helping foster efficiency.
Also, sometimes have a hard time letting go of a project. I’m the biggest critic of my own work. I can always
find something that needs to be improved or changed. To help myself improve in this area, I give myself
deadlines for revisions. This helps ensure that I’m not making changes at the last minute. Lastly, lack of
confidence, it may affect my career to keep my comfort zone because that's were I feel safe with little risk of
failure. I'm not totally confident with myself now yet I’m still in progress to overcome my ambitions.
