First Parent’s Retrieval Of Student’s Self-Learning-Modules

In continuous acceptance on the challenge of the “New Normal,” and upholding the
DepEd educational platform of “Sulong Edukalidad,” the Anselmo A. Sandoval Memorial
National High School (AASMNHS),
once again executed the two-day
Module Retrieval and Distribution
last January 5-6, 2021 in the school
campus. Modular Distance
Learning (MDL) is the result survey
of the parents’ modality preference
at AASMNHS in the town of Mabini,
Province of Batangas for this
Academic Year 2020-2021.

The two-day schedule was

intended for proper module retrieval
and distribution. Day 1 was
allocated for the students residing
in thirteen (13) barangays of Mabini
plus some other barangays outside
the town, and Day 2 was assigned
for the 20 remaining barangays
within Mabini. The said task was
started from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 PM
respectively.
In like manner, health protocol was
implemented strictly for the safety
of everyone. “No face mask and no
face shield policy” was practiced, as
well as temperature check upon
entrance. Social distancing and
providing different entrances and exit staircases for each building and four open gates were
provided for this purpose. Non-advising class teachers,

school campus to usher the inquiries and needs of the
parents/guardians who took the modules.
Along with, the advisers were deployed in their respective classrooms to cater the
parents/guardian in the retrieval and distribution. A big box was provided for the parents to
drop on it, the retrieved outputs and Modules. Likewise, the new sets of learning kits were
labeled and properly filed by barangay for fastest accessibility to parents or guardian along the
corridor of SHS Buildings in their respective sections. The parents were able to get the
modules/learning kits of their children with the aid of the posted directions in front of the
