II. Rationale:
School office is an administrative functional unit of the school. It is centralized place from which the
principal/head fulfills his/her duties and roles. In congruent with, Embuscado Primary School will
purchase construction materials that are needed for the said improvement of principal’s office.
III. Objectives:
1. To purchase materials for the improvement of principal’s office.
2. To prepare contract and hire laborers.
3. To inspect ongoing projects.
IV. Participants: School Head, Teachers
V. Date and Venue: February 2023, Embuscado Primary School
