INDEMNITY FORM

I have been informed of the virtual Club Fest to be held on 30 October 2021 by, Heritage Xperiential
Learning School, Sector – 62, Gurugram

school (name of school), voluntarily consent my child to participate in the Club Fest. I hereby agree that
they will adhere to the code of conduct of the Club community, failing which I shall have no objections if
my ward is suspended from the competition.

I understand that the Club Fest will be held on a virtual platform and I shall not hold Heritage Xperiential
Learning School responsible for any untoward online incident that may occur during the event.

I am aware of its objectives and the overall activities that my child might be participating in. I have read
the attached information and I am aware of the details of the event

The event may be published on the internet or in print media by Heritage Xperiential Learning School,
Gurugram. I grant the right to Heritage Xperiential Learning School to video- record the event sessions,
and use the photographs and the videos as per their discretion. I understand that neither my ward nor
any other child is permitted to publish any video-recording taken during the conference sessions without
the consent from Heritage Xperiential Learning School.
