We would like to inform you that Yousef Baqrain has no right for any due payment and we
would to inform and record the following;

1. Aa discussed and agreed the payment will be back to back against the owner payment
2. M.S. Yousef Baqrain Contracting has failed to handed over the project based on
attached time schedule.
3. The handing over date It was 24 March 2021 and till date the project has not handed
over
4. Avenue CTS has the right for apply any the delaying penalties based on the law.
5. Due to the failure to complete the project till the date of this letter Avenue CTS has the
right to hire contractor to finish the work which balance to handover the job as below.
A. Snagging work after fixing Mashrbiya.
B. Electrical work for strip aluminum.
C. Electrical work for Mashrbiya .
D. Filling the gaps between cladding panel as agreed.
E. Touch up for paint.
F. Undulation on the cladding panel to be rectify due to poor quality of steel work.
G. Testing and commissioning of work which should be done.
H. Very low quality of repair works being executed on site .
6. Slow response from M.S Yousef Baqrain contracting in completion the pending works
(e.g Electrical works, Aluminum works , snagging works and other )

Accordingly , you are kindly requesting handing over the balance snagging work and revise
payment will be recalculate will advice you
