"How to prevent skin damage at the beach and tips to eat and don´t get indigestion." 
1- Protect your skin by using a hat and clothes, or an umbrella when you are at the beach.

2- One of the best ways to prevent skin damage at the beach is to limit your time in the sun,
especially between around 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

3- You need to stay hydrated because your skin needs to stay moist and you should also use
a protective spray.

4- You should apply 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) of sunscreen liberally all over your body for 30
minutes and make sure that the sunscreen is water resistant.

5- You must stay in the shade during the midday sun to avoid sunburn.

6- You must apply an anti-oxidant lotion all over your body to protect your skin.

7- When you are at the beach trying to sunbathe, be sure to take a salt water bath and also a
sand bath as the latter two act as a natural exfoliant which will help your skin to get a
better tan and to get some protection too.

8- You should apply sunscreen makeup (SPF) and use sunglasses that block harmful
ultraviolet (UV) rays.

9- To avoid indigestion, you should eat small meals so that your stomach does not have to
work as hard or for so long.

10-You should eat a lot of fiber like every day, because eating fiber is one of the keys to
keeping indigestion at bay.

11-To escape indigestion, you must always chew your food and eat less because chewing is
one of the most important parts of digestion, so the best advice to avoid indigestion.

12-You must eat regularly; reduce foods and drinks containing caffeine.

13-You should avoid foods with a lot of acid, such as citrus fruits, fruits and tomatoes.

14-You must stop eating or limit spicy, fried and fatty foods.

15-You must de-stress before eating to be able to fully enjoy your food.
