Zelupur EL 8736-2L 400 / Zelunat 8814

1. Application

ZELUPUR EL 8736-2L 400 with ZELUNAT 8814 is a two-component Polyurethane-System developed for
moulded cold cure applications.

2. Process Parameters

ZELUPUR EL 8736-2L 400 in combination with ZELUNAT 8814 can be used on two-component high and
low pressure machines ( mainly on low pressure machines ) which are suitable according to output, mixing
quality, abrasiveness and thixotropy.
Basically, in order to avoid separation of additives and to assure a homogeneous polyol component (A) it is
necessary to stir ZELUPUR EL 8736-2L 400 very well. By stirring the polyol component, the processing
density of the material can be reduced and the stirred in air stabilizes the structure of the foam (airloading).
Usually the isocyanate component (B), ZELUNAT 8814, need not be stirred.

For first tests we recommend:

[The process parameter has to be optimised for every special case.]
Mixing Ratio 100:36 Parts per weight
Material temperature 20 – 30 °C
Mould temperature 40 – 50 °C
Demould Time >4 min. (depending on mould)
