 一、学校概况 About LMU

黎明职业大学是福建省泉州市人民政府举办的全日制综合性高职院校，是全国目前 9 所仍以职业大
学命名的老牌高职院校之一，是国家双高计划建设单位、国家优质高等职业院校、2016-2019 连续四年蝉
联福建省高职高专院校发展潜力综合排名第一，办学能力、办学质量和办学水平位居全省前头、全国前
列。
Liming Vocational University (LMU) is a full-time multi-discipline institution of higher vocational education
funded by Quanzhou Municipal People's Government. As one of the only 9 renowned higher vocational institutions
that are allowed to bear the name of “vocational university”, it has been included in Construction Plan of High-
Level Vocational Colleges & Specialties with Chinese Characteristics and honored as National High-Quality
Vocational Colleges. From 2016 to 2019, LMU’s development potential has ranked the first place among all
vocational colleges in Fujian Province for four consecutive years with its. What’s more, LMU is also among the
tops nationwide by virtue of its educational capacity and quality.
学校历经黎明高级中学、黎明学园、黎明职业大学三个发展阶段，具有 91 年历史渊源、36 年高职教
育历程。1929 年春，在著名教育家蔡元培、马叙伦的倡议下，黎明高级中学开学。1981 年，著名侨领、
诗人、社会活动家、教育家梁披云联络海外侨亲和原黎明师友，在黎明高级中学旧址发起创办黎明学园，
1984 年升格为黎明职业大学。
After 91 years of development (including 36 years of devotion to higher vocational education), LMU has gone
through three development stages: Liming Senior High School, Liming College, and Liming Vocational University.
In the spring of 1929, Liming Senior High School was opened under the initiative of famous educators Mr. Cai
Yuanpei and Mr. Ma Xulun. In 1981, Mr. Liang Piyun, known as a famous leader of overseas Chinese, a poet, a
social activist and an educator, established Liming College in the former site of Liming Senior High School with
the support of overseas Fujianness and alumni of Liming Senior High School. In 1984, Liming College was
upgraded to Liming Vocational University.

 学校现占地 751 亩，全日制在校生 14000 多人，教职员工近 700 人，高级职称教师 233 人，设有土
木建筑工程学院、智能制造工程学院、信息与电子工程学院、纺织鞋服工程学院、材料与化学工程学院、
商学院、旅游学院、文化传播学院等 8 个招生学院、48 个专业，形成以应用工科、现代生产性服务业为
主的专业布局。学校提倡传授基础知识与培养专业能力并重，强化学生职业素养养成和专业技术积累，
将专业精神、职业精神和工匠精神融入人才培养全过程，毕业生超过 60000 人。
Covering an area of 751 mu, LMU now has more than 14,000 full-time registered students and nearly 700
teachers, 233 of whom are with high-grade professional titles. It is organized into 8 academic units, namely School
of Civil Engineering, School of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, School of Information and Electronic
Engineering, School of Textile, Footwear and Clothing Engineering, School of Materials and Chemical
Engineering, School of Business, School of Tourism, School of Cultural Communication to offer 48 majors,
forming a professional layout oriented to sectors such as applied engineering and modern producer services.
Advocating the equal importance of imparting basic knowledge and fostering professional skills, LMU urges
students to develop professional quality and accumulate professional skills, and integrates the education of
professional spirit, vocational ethic and craftsmanship spirit into the whole process of talent cultivation. Till now,
more than 60,000 qualified talents have graduated from LMU.
学校与近 20 个国家和地区的 50 多所高校、机构签署了校际合作协议。自 2018 年起，学校开始招收
海外留学生，现有来自越南、缅甸、马来西亚、菲律宾、印度、印尼、韩国、老挝等 8 个国家的留学生
63 名。
LMU has signed inter-school cooperation agreements with more than 50 colleges and universities in nearly
20 countries and regions. Since 2018, LMU has begun to enroll overseas students. At present, there are 63
overseas students from 8 countries, including Vietnam, Myanmar, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Indonesia, South
Korea and Laos.

 三、地理位置 Location

学校坐落在美丽的海滨城市泉州，地处福建省东南部，北承福州，南接厦门，东望台湾宝岛，交通
便捷，距离晋江机场和厦门国际机场分别仅为 30 分钟和 60 分钟左右的车程。
Liming Vocational University (LMU) is located in Quanzhou, a beautiful coastal city in the southeast of
Fujian Province, bordering Fuzhou in the north, Xiamen in the south, and Taiwan in the East. As a well-
connected campus, it is only 30-60 minutes' drive from Jinjiang Airport and Xiamen International Airport
respectively.
泉州，简称“鲤”，别名“鲤城”、“刺桐城”、“温陵”，是福建省三大中心城市之一，拥有全国第三个国
家级金融综合改革试验区——泉州金融服务实体经济综合改革试验区。泉州历史悠久，唐朝时为世界四
大口岸之一，宋元时期为“东方第一大港”，被马可波罗誉为“光明之城”，是国务院首批历史文化名城、东
亚文化之都、联合国唯一认定的“海上丝绸之路”起点、拥有著名的“泉州十八景”，联合国教科文组织将全
球第一个“世界多元文化展示中心”定址泉州。
Quanzhou, also known as “Li”, "Licheng", "Erythrina City" and "Wenling", is one of the three major central
cities in Fujian Province, owning the third national financial reform pilot area: Quanzhou Comprehensive Reform
& Experimental Zone for Finance Service. Quanzhou has a long history. In the Tang Dynasty, Quanzhou was one
of the four ports in the world, and in Song and Yuan Dynasties, it was the “Largest Port in the East". Hailed as the
"City of Light" by Marco Polo, Quanzhou is the first historical and cultural cities recognized by the State Council,
and also the City of East-Asia Culture, and the starting point of the "maritime Silk Road" recognized by the
United Nations. "Eighteen Sceneries of Quanzhou" attracts tourists all over the countries. What’s more, UNESCO
set its first Global Multi-Culture Exhibition Center in Quanzhou.

（一）吃在黎园
Eating in LMU Campus
我校设有喜相逢餐厅、喜相逢小吃城、第三餐厅、锄禾餐厅等 8 个餐厅，环境卫生整洁、饭菜
味道佳且价格亲民。学校成立膳食委员会学生组织，对各食堂食品安全、卫生、物价、员工服务态
度等进行定期和不定期的民主监督管理。同时在留学生公寓内设有自助厨房，供留学生自助烹饪用。
There are 8 canteens in our school, including Xixiangfeng Canteen, Xixiangfeng Snacks, the Third
Canteen and Chuhe Canteen. Clean and tidy in environment, these canteens provide delicious food at
affordable prices. A student organization named Catering Committee has been established to conduct
regular and random supervision on the food safety, hygiene, price and service attitude of employees in these
canteens. At the same time, there is a self-service kitchen in the apartment for international students.

Living in LMU Campus
学校设有专门的留学生公寓。宿舍为 2 人间，无线网络、热水器、洗衣机、空调、自动售卖机

 Special apartments are available for international students. The dormitory room is designed for two
students living together, with complete living facilities such as wireless network, water heater, washing
machine, air conditioner and vending machine. Service teams composed of resident counselors, dormitory
managing clerks, cleaners and maintenance personnel, set up community service stations and second-hand
goods trading platforms, integrating administration, cleaning, maintenance, management and service to form
a high-quality and efficient property service system and creating a safe and comfortable dormitory
environment for students.

学校位于泉州市中心，距离大型商业综合体泰禾广场、万达广场分别仅有 5 分钟、10 分钟车程，
生活便捷。校园附近设有公交车、出租车站点，方便师生出行。学生来校可选择泉州晋江国际机场
航班抵达泉州晋江或厦门高崎国际机场航班抵达福建厦门，其后搭乘出租车或网约车到校，车程分
别为 30 分钟左右、60 分钟左右。抵达厦门高崎国际机场的学生还可前往厦门高铁站乘坐高铁抵达
泉州站，后由泉州站搭乘出租车或网约车到校，车程约 20 分钟。
Located in the downtown of Quanzhou, LMU is only 5 - 10 minutes' drive from Taihe Plaza and
Wanda Plaza, offering students a convenient life. There are bus and taxi stations near the campus, which are
convenient for teachers and students to commute. When coming to LMU, Students can choose flights of
Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport landing in Quanzhou or Jinjiang, or that of Xiamen Gaoqi
International Airport flight landing in Xiamen, and then get to LMU by taking a taxi or through online car-

hailing service. The two airports are about 30-60 minutes' drive from LMU respectively. Students arriving at
Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport can also go to Xiamen High-Speed Railway Station and take High-
Speed Rail to Quanzhou Station and then get to LMU campus within about 20 minutes by taxi or through
online car-hailing service.

六、留学申请
Application for Study at LMU
（一）基本条件 Basic Requirements
1.凡具有高中毕业或同等学历，持有有效外国护照、身体健康、品行良好、无犯罪记录、愿意
遵守中国法律和学校的各项规章制度、尊重中国风俗习惯的非中国籍公民均可申请报读我校的学历
项目或者非学历项目。
Those who meet the following requirements will be considered qualified enough to apply for our
diploma or non-diploma programs:
1) Have graduated from senior high school or equivalent education;
2) Hold valid passport;
3) Be physically healthy;
4) Have good conduct without any criminal record;

 5) Be willing to abide by Chinese laws and the regulations of LMU;
6) Respect Chinese customs and habits.
2. 中国公民移民外国后申请以外国留学生身份进入我校学习的，必须持有有效的外国护照或国
籍证明文件 4 年（含）以上，且最近四年（截至入学年度的 4 月 30 日前）之内有在国外实际居住 2
年以上的记录（一年中实际在国外居住满 9 个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。
Chinese Students with a foreign nationality who apply to study in LMU should hold a valid passport or
a nationality certificate for more than 4 (inclusive) years, and have a record of living abroad for more than 2
years in the last four years (as of April 30 of the year of enrollment). Nine months can be deemed as one
year for the purposing of calculating of the time of stay abroad subject to the seal and signature affixed on
the passports).

1.学历项目--学历生（秋季招生，每年 9 月入学，具体时间以录取通知书为准）

学历项目招生专业详见专业介绍。采用全中文授课，学制为 3 年。申请者可根据个人兴趣选择
任一专业。申请者需年满 18 周岁不超过 25 周岁，具备一定的汉语听、说、读、写能力，汉语水平

等级达到 HSK 四级或同等学力。申请者原则上进入同专业班级学习，不再另行组班。学生修业期满，
考试成绩合格者，颁发毕业证书。
Please refer to the introduction of the enrollment majors for the diploma program. All courses are
taught in Chinese and last for 3 years. Applicants meeting the following requirements can choose any major
according to their interests: 18 (inclusive) - 25 (inclusive) years old; capable enough of listening, speaking,
reading and writing in Chinese; get a Level 4 for their HSK or equivalent language ability. Generally, there
won’t be any separate classes for international students and courses normally start in September every year,
but enter directly to specialties open for international students. Students who have completed their studies

水平，年龄不超过 25 周岁，可申请就读我校学历项目。

开设中级汉语综合、中级汉语口语、中级汉语听力、中级汉语阅读、汉语写作、新闻阅读等课程，

以上水平。

证；一般建议办理学习签证（X1 visa，入境 30 天内必须更换为居留许可）。
