PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES 1. It is the capacity of the body to engage in work
and play without undue fatigue.
SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES 2. A learner seldom gets into vigorous physical activity
by himself. He plays, dances or exercise with people.
MENTAL DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES 3. Focus is on the acquisition of knowledge and
understanding ability to analyze body movement and skills.
DIET 8. It refers to the food intake which is the key to any level of physical conditioning.
NUTRITIOUS FOODS 9. Regular eating habits through a variety of food and nutrients
contribute to sound nutrition
1. Visit an exercise/dance studio on the internet. Describe the activities done by the
participants. What benefits can be attained by them.
- They First Stretching to avoid cramps before doing any activities
because they know that this will prevent an injury while doing an
activity. After the Stretching they execute the dance they practiced
and lastly, they do the cooldown stretching to make their muscles
more relaxed and this will help them maintain their Heart Rate.

- They first did is Filling up the PAR-Q and YOU QUESTIONNAIRE, next
is doing the Anthropometric Measurements to compute the BMI or
the Body Mass Index, then They now do the Physical Activities or
Fitness like the 3 Minute step test, hamstring and hip flexor test,
zipper test, Curl Up, 90 degrees push up, flexed arm support and
other physical activities, after doing the Exercises they put the
results of their physical activities in a Health assessment card or the
PFT card.
3. Observe some of the famous dance steps in tiktok. Can you do some of the
movements? Try the simple ones only.

- Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Badminton, Swimming, Running and
other Aerobic Sports

1. Do you consider yourself a physically educated person? Why? Explain your answer.
- Yes, I do consider myself a physically educated person. Because,
ever since ECQ I started waking up early I wake up at five or 6 am,
and I don’t like missing my breakfast. I simply follow the rules and
the proper routine, still today I sleep before 10 pm and also im
active in any physical activities. Before GCQ I always wake up early
and stretcth, warm up and jog. I have a good and healthy active
lifestyle and I uses my ability to react and understand the true value
of any physical activities in life.
2. What physical activities do you participate in? Are these enough to achieve and maintain
physical fitness? Why?
-I do cycling, jogging, running and walking. Yes, these activities are
enough to achieve and maintain my physical fitness, because these
activities make our body healthier and it will give us a physically fit
body.
3. What is an aerobic activity?
- Aerobic Activity or Exercise Is a physical activity of low to high
intensity that depends primarily on the aerobic energy generating
process.
4. What should you approximate weight be? Are you overweight or underweight? Why must
you maintain your weight?
