In single mode, a program can be executed.

Fast Load Current Value
You can fast load current value by external button according to working piece.

Example:
Target value of M15 = 100.00mm
The new target value = 100.50mm

Step 1. Enter single mode. (LED of manual key is off)

Program Mode
M15 provides 6 programs for user to pre-set cutting length and count accordingly.

Step1. Press PROG to enter program mode.

You can select the counting direction according to the machine movement.

Troubleshooting

SEnSor
1、 Display:
Error

Possible cause: a. no sensor,

b. 9 Pin connector is loosen,
c. wire broken or
d. the gap is too big between sensor and tape;
Excluding: Check the sensor, sensor cable and sensor connector.

CHAnGE
2、 Display:
rst

"Change RST" message appears when M15 detects a motion in the wrong direction.
For example: M15 swtiches the outputs to move forward, but the bed starts moving in
the reverse direction.
Usually this is caused by the wrong wiring of the three phase motor.

Excluding: Press to clear, check the wiring and change if necessary.

Installation
A. Ensure to apply tape on clean, dry and plain surface.
B. For the best adhesion, please apply the tape with ambient temperature:
21~38℃.
C. We recommend to make a chamfer on the machine to install the tape.
