A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARANGAY AGENDA FOR GOVERNANCE

AND DEVELOPMENT (BAGAD) FOR CY 2018-2021 AND ENDORSING THE SAME

WHEREAS, Section 106 of the Local Government Code of 1991 provides that each local
government unit shall have a multi-sectoral development plan to be initiated by its development
council and approved by its Sanggunian;
WHEREAS, this barangay attended the Barangay Newly-Elected Officials (BNEO) Program
conducted by the DILG;
WHEREAS, based on the BNEO Program Framework, the main output of the general
orientation is the BAGAD;
WHEREAS, the BAGAD contains the proposed priority programs/ projects/ activities for
consideration and adoption by the Sangguniang Barangay for the next three (3) years to have a
development road map of this barangay towards socio-economic transformation as well as
effective and efficient service delivery;
