2. Send Order Acknowledgement within 48 hrs, else it will be treated as 'accepted'. TOTAL 92,150.00
3. Service Order Number/Insurance Policy Number must be quoted on all the Documents /
Invoices.
4. Delayed service will attract LD as detailed in General Terms & Conditions. SGST/UGST @ 8,293.50
5. Work to be executed as per Scope mentioned/instructed. Safety norms are to be followed
as per HBL Policy. 9.0 %
6. On completion of Job, work completion certificate to be obtained from
authorized executing authority and to be submitted with invoice. CGST @ 8,293.50
7.The completed work/job should be packed properly as per HBL standard to avoid transit
damages (In Case of Shipment). 9.0 %
8. Quality Test Certificate must accompany with all materials.
9. Guarantee/Warranty: Unless indicate otherwise, Guarantee/Warranty shall be 12 Months IGST @ 0.00
from date of commissioning or 18 Months from date of receipt. Supplier shall be responsible
for generic defects even after the expiry of Guarantee/Warranty period. 0.0 %
10. Drawings, designs, samples, technical specifications given by HBL should not be TOTAL 108,737.00
disclosed to any party or should not be utilized for manufacturing.
11.Work executed pursuant to this order should have been services as per applicable
Central, State & Municipal Laws & Regulations.
12. The Service Order may be terminated incase Work is not completed within the specified Misc.expenses 0.00
time.
13. The Purchase order will be terminated incase Delivery is not received in full within

the specified time.

14. We are registered under Factories Act, 1948 & the provisions of Labor Laws are
applicable. Accordingly all executing contractors shall submit documents related to 1)EPF ,
2) ESIC, 3) Workmen compensation policy before start of work to our Safety Officer.If the
service provider is not covered under EPF & ESIC Acts, the same has to be declared by them
in letter head. Under such a situation, the contractor shall be solely responsible for any
untoward incident if happens within our factory premises while executing the work & HBL
shall not be responsible for any damage/compensation thereof.
15. The supplier shall file necessary GST returns, without fail, on monthly basis on or
before 11th of every month and confirm to the Buyer in writing. In case of any discrepancy
and/or non-filing of GST returns by the Supplier, the Buyer reserves right to withhold the
GST amount till the discrepancy is rectified and/or returns are filed and confirmed.
Frequent failure on the part of the Supplier in complying with this requirement, might
result in Buyer exercising its right to either cancel the orders, terminate the contract
and/or discontinue the business association with the Supplier.
