Location
Italy is a country located in southern Europe. It is bordered by the
Adriatic Sea. In the north, Italy borders the countries of France,
Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia.
Language
The official language in Italy is Italian. The Italian language is not
very complicated because it has a very similar structure to
Spanish.
Flag of Italy
The flag of Italy is an important national symbol of this nation and
is made up of three vertical blocks of the same size, it has the
colors green, white and red, starting from left to right, this flag
was adopted on June 2 from the year 1945.
Gastronomy of Italy
The gastronomy of Italy is characterized by its elaborations with
abundant vegetables, fruits, meats, pasta, and breads. Some of its
typical dishes are pizza, pasta and risotto. Among the traditional
desserts we have ice cream, tiramisu and baba da napoles. Among
the traditional drinks of Italy are limoncello, grappa and sambuca.
Typical dance of Italy
The music and dance that most represents Italian folklore is the
tarantella. It is a very fast dance and is usually accompanied by
tambourines, flutes, and accordions are the instruments that
animate this dance.
Italian society
Italian society is very influenced by the Catholic religion, family
ties are very strong, more notable than in the rest of the
European countries. The elementary norms of courtesy and good
manners are very respected.
