1. Give specific aspects of business which have legal component. Briefly explain your
answer.
 Life without basic laws against theft, violence, and destruction would be solitary,
nasty, brutish, and short. Without the other laws, such as those regulating traffic,
sanitation, employment, business, redress of harm or of broken agreements, etc. –
would be less orderly, less healthful, less wholesome, etc. Law plays important role
especially in the business transaction. If the business will ignore law, people will be
freely to defraud someone and the other parties that are victim fraud will unjustly
enrich. Law is also made to control the people to avoid from doing wickedness and
unethical act.
2. A voluntarily paid his obligation which had already prescribed. Can A later on sue to
recover what he has paid? Explain.
 Natural law is a rule of action which defines as it is not compulsory but if the person
voluntarily acts, what is rendered can no longer be recovered. In this case, A cannot
sue B to recover the payment that have been done because it is a voluntarily act.
