Why did you join this training?

I join this training because of the pandemic. While I am waiting for the ranking result in
DepEd Bacolod, I have decided to take any NCII in order to have an additional credential
and most of all to gain experience about Contact Center Services(CCS).

Why do you want to work in a call center industry?

If ever I would not be hired in teaching, I will take this opportunity to work in because I
realize that wasting time to something that cannot helps me financially is useless
especially that I have to lift up my family in financial crisis.

DREAM JOB
What’s your dream job?

My dream job is really to become a teacher. My heart fills with so much happiness and
joy every time I teach a lot of children and helping them to achieve their academic goals.

FAVORITES
What’s your favorite food?

My favorite food are vegetables and fruits. Knowing that we are in this pandemic state,
we need to strengthen our immune system naturally.
INSPIRATION
What inspires you now?

My Family and special someone inspires me now to strive hard in order to earn a living.
They are my backbones, why I am doing this is because of them.

FUTURE GOALS
How do you see yourself 5 years from now?

I see myself five years from now having a stable job and settling with my own family
while having an investments.
