Questions 4 and 5 refer to the following monolog.

One day, a frog decided to investigate a barn. He was hopping around a farmyard.
However, being somewhat careless, and maybe a little too curious, he ended up falling into
a pail half-filled with fresh milk.

The frog attempted to reach the top of the pail, but he found that the sides of the pail
were too high and steep to reach. Then, he tried to stretch his back legs to push off the
bottom of the pail, but found it too deep.

Even though it seemed impossible for him to get out of the pail, he was determined not
to give up. He continued to struggle. He kicked and squirmed and kicked and squirmed,
until at last, all his churning about in the milk had turned the milk into a big hunk of butter.
The butter was now solid enough for him to climb onto and get out of the pail!

The following text is for questions 16 to 20.

There was once a little girl who had a bad temper. Her mother gave her a bag of nails
and told her that every time she lost her temper, she must hammer a nail into the back of
the fence.

On the first day the girl had driven 37 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks, as
she learned to control her anger, the number of nails hammered daily gradually dwindled.
She discovered it was easier to control her temper than to drive nails into the fence.

Finally, the day came when the girl didn’t lose her temper at all. She told her mother
about it and her mother suggested that she should now extract one nail for each day that
she was able to control her temper. The days passed and the young girl was finally able to
tell her mother that all the nails have been extracted. The mother took her daughter by the
hand and led her to the fence.

She said, “You have done well, my daughter, but look at the holes in the fence. The
fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like
