    ORDER BELOW EXH. 12

    This   application   is   filed   to   withdraw   present   case   as   per


    consent terms dtd. 10.02.2020 filed in the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.
    The application is signed by the  applicant as well as the respondent.  Both
    have been identified by their respective Advocates.     Thus, the applicant
    does not want to proceed further with the case in hand.  The contents of
    the application are admitted by both the parties and the same are legal.
    Therefore, the matter will have to be withdrawn, unconditionally.  In the
    circumstances, I pass following order.

    ORDER

    The proceeding is withdrawn, unconditionally.
