We momentarily put on hold the collection of April and May rent to comply with the national

MGCQ allowing more businesses to open.

In addition to the 30 days grace period for April and May 2020 unpaid rent, we will also allow
you to pay in equal instalments the said back rentals for the next six (6) months starting July
2020 to December 2020 together with your usual monthly rental or in the total amount of P48,
000.00 per month.

All of us have been greatly affected by this covid crisis and we would also like to appeal from
you the same understanding and consideration. Presently, our building is not fully occupied,
hence, we are forced to subsidize a large portion of the expenses for manpower, telephone,
electricity, water, taxes, repairs and maintenance.

In this regard, we hope to receive the adjusted rental payments beginning July 2020.

Thank you and we fervently pray that this letter finds you and your family in your safest and
healthiest condition. God bless!

Very truly yours,

MARIBETH G. LIBUIT
