Resolution No. 37 – 2021

RESOLUTION APPROVING TO OPEN A CURRENT ACCOUNT AT LAND BANK OF THE

PHILIPPINES– KIDAPAWAN CITY BRANCH UNDER THE SIGNATORIES OF JORES B.
LLANTO AND SHEILA S. BAUTISTA AND/OR ANECITA TALABAN

WHEREAS, Paglaum Consolidated Multi-Purpose Cooperative is a duly Registered

Cooperative with the Cooperative Development Authority under registrationno. 9520-
12000441;

WHEREAS, Paglaum Consolidated Multi-Purpose Cooperative extends valuable services

to members mostly belonging to farming communities within its area of operation which
include among others: Savings & Credit, Pharmacy, Canteen, Micro-Finance, and Marketing
Section/Copra Trading Expansion;

WHEREAS, Paglaum Consolidated Multi-Purpose Cooperative formerly (New Cebu

Gambalay Service Cooperative) has donated one (1) hectare of land intended for Health
Services of President Roxas Provincial Community Hospital;

WHEREAS,the Board of Directors of Paglaum Consolidated Multi-Purpose Cooperative

elected JORES B. LLANTO as the new Chairperson of the Board;

WHEREAS,Paglaum Consolidated Multi-Purpose Cooperative appointed/hired SHEILA S.

BAUTISTA as the manager of the cooperative;
 WHEREAS,Paglaum Consolidated Multi-Purpose Cooperative appointed/hired ANECITA
E. TALABAN as the Cashier/Treasurer of the cooperative;

WHEREAS,Paglaum Consolidated Multi-Purpose Cooperative agreed to open a current

account and authorized the above-mentioned name to be the signatories of the Cooperative’s
acount;

WHEREAS, this resolution remains effective and subsisting and has not been amended,
revoked, superseded or suspended;

NOW, THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED by the Paglaum Consolidated Multi-Purpose Cooperative Board of

Directors to pass a resolution approving to open a current account at Land Bank of the
Philippines– Kidapawan City branch with the signatories of Jores B. Llanto and Sheila S. Bautista
and/or Anecita E. Talaban

ADOPTED this 8thday of August, 2021, on motion of BODJenny S. Embalzadoand duly

seconded by BOD Sheryl M. Espaῆola.
