RESOLUTION NO. 4. S. 2022

“A RESOLUTION OF RE-ALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF SIXTEEN THOUSAND

PESOS ONLY (Php 16,000.00) FROM TRAVELLING EXPENSES
TO TRAINING AND SEMINARS”.

Whereas, the funds set aside and allocate for Training and Seminars at this point of time in limited to pursue
its function.

Now, Therefore, on the motion of Kagawad Amy G. Valerio and seconded by Kagawad Joset A. Ligtas; it
was:

RESOLVE, as this body hereby resolves to re-align the amount of Sixteen Thousand Pesos (Php 16,000.00)
only From Travelling Expenses..

RESOLVE FURTHER AND FINALLY that copies of this Resolution be furnish to the Accounting Office
and Budget Office this municipality for their information, reference and guidance.
