A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING SENATOR CHRISTOPHER

LAWRENCE BONG GO AT GSIS BLDG., FINANCE CENTER, DIOKNO BLVD.,
PASAY CITY TO ALLOCATE FIVE MILLION PESOS (P5,000,000.00) FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY HEALTH CENTER AT BARANGAY KANGHA-AS
HILONGOS, LEYTE.

WHEREAS, this barangay has weak foundation of Health Center Building and
for a long time, the dream of the people of Barangay Kangha-as Hilongos, Leyte, the
Barangay Health Center is highly needed specially during health related activities held in
the said barangay;

WHEREAS, the 20% Barangay Development Fund of Barangay Kangha-as

Hilongos, Leyte is not enough to construct the Barangay Health Center.

NOW, THEREFORE, premises considered the body agreed to request, as it is

hereby request Senator Christopher Lawrence Bong Go at GSIS Bldg., Financial Center,
Diokno Blvd., Pasay City to allocate Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000.00) for the
concreting of farm to market road at Barangay Kangha-as, Hilongos, Leyte.
