RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY

AMENAH PANGANDAMAN OF DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT
(DBM), AT GENERAL SOLANO STREET, SAN MIGUEL, MANILA TO ALLOCATE
SOME FUND AMOUNTING TO FIVE MILLION PESOS (P5,000,000.00) FOR
INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS PROJECT AT BARANGAY KANGHA-
AS, HILONGOS, LEYTE PROVINCE.

WHEREAS, Brgy. Kangha-as lacks necessary budget to purchase Solar Lights for
the barangay welfare of its constituents.

WHEREAS, Brgy. Kangha-as needs a Solar Street Light to lighting the alongside
of barangay road for the Barangay Tanod’s have comfortable for their night roving
patrol and also to benefit the night time.

WHEREAS, considering the deficiency in the local government offices, the

Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) through this body wishes to convey with
regrets to the office of NRF-ELCA, its financial incapacity to put into action to finance
for the purchase of Solar Street Lights of the said barangay.

NOW, THEREFORE, premises considered the body agreed to request, as it is

hereby request the Office of the Secretary of Department of Budget and Management
(DBM) at General Solano Street, San Miguel, Manila to allocate some fund amounting to
Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000.00) for Solar Street Light Project at Barangay Kangha-as,
Hilongos, Leyte.
