A RESOLUTON REQUESTING ENGR. JOSE REDMOND ERIC S. ROQUIOS, GEN.

MANEGER, ILLECO II BARANGAY CAUAYAN, POTOTAN, ILOILO, NOTED: MR.
SALVADOR DIVINAGRACIA JR., DIRECTOR, ILLECO II, CALINOG ILOILO; FOR THE
REHABILILITATION OF FIVE (5) ELECTRICAL POST AND ELECTRICAL WIRINGS AT
PUROK 4, BARANGAY MAITE GRANDE, LAMBUNAO, ILOILO.

WHEREAS, the electrical post and wiring at Barangay Maite Grande, Lambunao,
Iloilo is inbadly need of rehabilitation, the community is at risk of electrification incase
the electrical post gives way,

WHEREAS, the safety of the community is the primary concern of the Barangay and
that it is the responsibility of the Barangay Officials to coordinate with the ILLECO IIth
For the immediate action and ILLECO II is liable to any incident that may occur on their
electrical posts;

NOW, THEREFORE ON MOTION of Kagawad Norbert Gegato and duly seconded by

Kagawad Haselyn Gellangarin and all Sangguniang Barangay present.

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVE, to request Engr. Jose Redmond Eric

S. Roquios Gen. Manager, Illeco II, Barangay Cauayan, pototan, Iloilo, Noted: Mr.
Salvador Divinagracia Jr., Director, Illeco II, Calinog, Iloilo; For the rehabilitation of five
(5) Electrical Posts and Electrical Wirings with Installation at Purok 4, Barangay Maite
Grande, Lambunao, Iloilo with the unanimously approval of all Sangguniang Barangay
members.

Adopted this 16th day of April 2023 at Barangay Maite Grande, Municipality of
Lambunao, Province Iloilo.
