A RESOLUTION HUMBLY REQUESTING MT. KITANGLAD AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT

CORPORATION THROUGH MS. APRIL GLOBELLE SAN SEBASTIAN A CONSTRUCTION
MATERIALS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PUROK 6 SAN CARLOS WATER SYSTEM AT PUROK 6,
SAN CARLOS, VALENCIA CITY, BUKIDNON.

WHEREAS: water is the basic necessity for the functioning of all life forms that exist on
earth. It is safe to say that water is the reason behind earth being the only planet
to support life. This universal solvent is one of the major resources we have on
this planet. It is impossible for life to function without water;

WHEREAS; the residents of Purok 6, Barangay San Carlos is experiencing scarcity of clean
water for daily use;

WHEREAS; Purok 6, Barangay San Carlos, Valencia City, Bukidnon has a total individual
population of 410, 105 Households and 111 families;

WHEREAS; most of the residents of Purok 6, San Carlos rely on farming and working in the
nearby pineapple and banana plantations as their major source of income;

WHEREAS: in order to establish a water system, the residents of Purok 6 San Carlos is in
need of metal bars, cement and gravel for the construction of reservoir, and PVC
Black pipes which is designed to transport the water from the reservoir to
residents of Purok 6, San Carlos, Valencia City, Bukidnon;

WHEREAS: the residents are also need water pump to absorb the water from ground/source
up to the reservoir;
