-Using the correct utensils for cooking ensures that you get the right
taste for the dishes you are preparing. Understand that different

the different kinds and sources of starch and cereals in preparing dishes?
- advantage - Ultimately, good storage conditions should preserve

happen that can eventually lead to decrease of grain quality.
disanvantage- Thinning of Gel. This problem is usually
