Precheck & Procedure to install app2

Pre-checks :
1. The tablet should be connected to a proper internet connection.
2. The app will work in a device where the BYJU’S app has been previously installed. ( ie if the premium app
is already installed in this device)
3. If the customer wants to install this app in another device, pls contact your team lead/manager

Installation :
1. Open google play store on BYJU’S tablet/ device where BYJU’S OFFLINE PREMIUM app is
installed.
2. Search for “Think and Learn Premium Online”
3. Install the Think and Learn Premium online from the list of apps.
4. Open the app and log in using the same registered number used to login to the offline premium
application.
5. Once logged in all the active grades and subjects will be available.

“The online app which we are providing free access to is being continuously updated with the
latest course content. Your child will always have access to the most recently updated content if
you use this online app. So if you install this once now, you will not need to worry about any
course update/ addition in the future

With the online app, You will not only get free access to Social Science ( History,
Geography,Civics Subjects ) which is a chargeable product but you will also be getting future
course updates for free. Since you are an early user of our app, we want you to get benefited from
the newly launched product and hence we are providing this free access

Other FAQs
1. We currently have this app for classes 6th, 7th and 8th. If any customer enquiries about the
access for the sibling in lower or higher classes ( 4,5 & 9,10) , please inform them that it is not yet
ready and will be tentatively available from October.

2.They need internet access to use this app. They will be able to install this app only if they are
currently using the offline app. (since this is a free upgrade for our existing users)

3.This app will be available for CBSE, ICSE and State Boards with Social Science in it as an
additional subject. (Social studies is available for grades 6-8 currently)

4. Customers can use both online and offline apps. Progress will be updated from both the apps in
our dashboard. Parental app may not have accurate information. Our team is working on it and will
be notified once we have an update on the same. ( proactively do not talk about parent app, let
them know only if they insist) If anyone asks about this, you may inform them that future updates
will have reports of both apps
5. For unauthorized device error - Ask the user to logout and login the premium app and then try
to login on app2. If the issue still persists then please uninstall and reinstall the premium offline
app and then login to the app2.(Please ensure the App2 is installed on the same device on
which the parity is installed).
