Provide a brief description of the product/software:A website where teachers are able to to
create or select a quiz on math. They can either create their own, edit the existing quiz, or use
one that is already there. Students can use a computer, cellphones, and tablets. Students have
a couple of seconds to answer the question correctly. Once time is up the answer shows up and
it shows you who answered it correctly as well as how fast they answered it. Teachers are able
to see on their end who is winning. It’s a great way to see if students are understanding the
material they are being teached in class.
What are the strengths and weaknesses of the product/software? For strengths I feel that
it’s a great way for teachers to see where they need to cover more material. As for students,
they can see how well they are understanding the material in class. As for weaknesses I don’t
see any.
Is the product/software easy for you and the students to use? Explain. The
product/software is easy to use for both students and teachers. Teachers can login or make an
account for free. Students don’t need to make an account if they don't want to. They can just put
in the code that shows on the screen and it takes them to the quiz. All they need to do is just
pick the answer they think is correct.
Does the software serve its intended purpose, which is classroom use? Explain. Yes, it
serves its intended purpose since you can use it in the classroom as a way to review material.
Students can use it in school or even online distance as long as they have a computer, phone,
or tablet.
Are there multiple forms of media (audio, video, and textual communication channels)
that encourage the student to engage with the software? Explain. No, there are currently
no videos, or communication channels that encourage students to engage with Kahoot. But,
students can also create their own Kahoot quiz and invite other classmates or friends. This
helps them study with one another.
Is the documentation for the product/software, such as technical support, instructions on
how to use the product, and hardware requirements presented clearly on the website?
Explain. There are no instructions on how to use the product, but there are Youtube videos on
how to create one. As for technical support there is a place where you can find answers on how
to join, find a pin, and there is also a live chat where you can ask a question that you can’t find
the answer to.
Is the software adaptable to support specific accessibility needs of learners with
disabilities? Explain. Yes! Kahoot does have accessibility for students with disabilities. It has
different levels they can choose from.
Does the software program give appropriate feedback to responses (assessment)? It lets
students know how many questions they answered correctly or wrong. At the end of the quiz it
shows the top students who got the most correct. It also shows teachers/instructors which
students answered correctly.
Can the skill levels be adjusted by the student/instructor? Explain. Teachers can choose
which questions they want to put on there as well as students. Skill levels can’t be adjusted but
the teacher can focus on putting questions they believe students need to focus on the most.
Evaluation of Kahoot Math Quiz. After creating a quiz for Kahoot math I found it very easy to
use. You get to pick how many slides of questions and also how much time each question
should take. On The same screen you have options on how many points are awarded and the
question type can either be a quiz, true or false, puzzle, and type the answer. Simple to use for
teachers as well as students. It did not take long to make a quiz and you can go back and edit
the questions they are all on the left side.

Provide a brief description of the product/software: It’s a software that lets students practice
using flashcards. It can be any subject or topic. Students use Quizlet to practice for upcoming
exams or tests.
What are the strengths and weaknesses of the product/software? A weakness that I
noticed was that you need to make an account in order to continue reading the flashcards and it
has limited access as well as ads. For strengths it’s a great way to have students study and you
don’t need to waste any paper. You can also study with classmates,friends,and family.

to use as they can just type the question and the answer. As for teachers, I don’t see a way for
this to benefit them. It aims more towards students as they can study any subject.

student has a free period then yes, if not then no. It’s mainly used for after school or at home.
Students can study at home and go through flash cards or tests. It has math,essay,science, and
writing.

thing I can see is if a student wants to do really well on a test then they can study on Quizlet
using flashcards.

Explain. There is a Quizlet help center where students can reach out about a question on
flashcards or their profile. There is also a button where you can ask another question that you
can’t see on their website. There are no instructions but it is not difficult to figure out. There are
multiple videos on Youtube that you can watch on how to use Quizlet as well as tips.

disabilities? Explain. Students can use Quizlet flashcards and can adjust it to their own level.

Evaluation of Quizlet: Creating a study set for Quizlet was easy. You add the title of the
subject as well as your school name. You enter your question or term and next to it you add the
definition or answer. You can change it to a different language. You can also add pictures for an
answer by uploading it. I had the option to import from Word, excel, and google docs. It is very
simple to use for students. No need to watch a video on how you use it.
