- With the assistance of this activity, I am able to evaluate myself in terms of how I dealt with my
emotions.

2. What are some of your discoveries about yourself from this activity?

- I discovered that my emotions depend on my experience in life, and they change in every
situation I’m in.

3. Was it easy or difficult to identify your experience regarding the emotion?

- It's difficult to pinpoint your emotional experience, especially when we're unsure whether a given
situation makes us sad or happy. Your feelings aren't always consistent. There will be times when
the things that make you happy will quickly transform into other emotions. It changes over time as
a result of our own life experience, which contribute significantly.
4. What do you think is the importance of the activity?

- The importance of this activity is to identify the different emotions we have and how we are going
to deal with them.
