students supported them to create their Instagram account and Facebook page.

NIFT students have redesigned their logo. This logo is very simple and easy to understand.
Story behind this logo is, they had crafted a huge Ganesh Idol for which they won National
Award 2016. Ganesha is the Hindu god being worshiped before starting something new.
Students have recreated new logo in vector format. So they can block print or stamp on their
products and packaging for branding.
Students taught them to activate Instagram account, to create posts and to create story.

Bio is all about sustainability, eco friendly and handmade products. They want to covey from
their bio that all products are biodgradable and safe. Shipping worldwide.

They are trying to elaborate their journey of sikki craft through this account to their audience.
This is the main post and its all about introduction of the craft and craftisans.

CAPTION HASHTAGS FOR GOOD REACH


This is an important post with reaching 51% non-followers. This is the highest reach of the
beginning. Students have used these hashtags to get more reach. So, account reached to 88
people by using these hashtags and gain 14 new followers.

 Performance of the account is unstable because this is a new account. Content interactions
have been increased by 1.3%.
 Post interactions have great reach.
 Results are positive.
 They got one order on Instagram. Till date we have posted 4 stories, 6 posts, 1 video and
1 reel. In future, they will focus on reels cause reels will help us to engage with people
easily.

channel engagement. By setting up a shoppable Instagram, customer can easily reach the

Instagram people can see on this page too.

Instagram and Facebook marketing are biggest platforms for marketing these days. Top
social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube are great for social
media marketing. Compared to television or any other mass marketing it's cheaper and has
proven to be more effective. Over 3.5 billion people are there on social media platforms. No
wonder how easily and quickly something starts trending on social media and the demand for
that product touches sky overnight. When power of social media is well utilized it.
The power of Instagram and Facebook must be used for good. To help and support small
artisans and craft cluster who don't get enough exposure or don't have a lot of financial
support. Social media would be a cheap and effective way to reach the masses and let them
know about their beautiful artwork.
It has been observed that people don't really understand the efforts that goes in handicrafts.
Once they understand that, they might appreciate their value more. This is where social media
