BOMB

If you receive BOMB threat

Step 1 Do not panic. Listen carefully for background noises and

other unique qualities of the call.

Step 2 Prepare recorder, if possible connected with PBX system.

Step 3 Inform to other or coworker that you are receiving a

threat.

Step 4 Report to Chief of Security or Senior Security in-charge

immediately, without caller notify it or leave the caller on
hold.

Step 5 Do not use or activate any electronic devices, for it could

“pull the bomb trigger”.

Step 6 Get as many information as you could from the caller

(what, where, when, why, how, etc)

Step 7 Evacuate and bring all information collected along with

you.
