For now, we can use an image to do the searches. If it's crucial, we can switch to the

I am not aware of these issues. I've asked Polina, we do not understand of what issues
with metadata search you are talking about?

We also had an issue with the metadata search not able to work on 4.5 ? Was that
resolved ?

3.5 DetectorPack is recommended to use with AxxonNext 4.5.0, but in the

4.5.0 version, we currently have a bug with layout boards showing 'Unknown'
events.

So we can upgrade AxxonNext to 4.5.0, but then the medical mask detection events on
the board layout will show 'Unknown' event (because of the bug), is this acceptable?

IV noticed I'm not able to create any child detection tools on the main detection tool

probably, the Neuro addon of the detector pack is missing. You can download it from

Hi, After we upgraded to detector pack 3.5 I'm not able to create any new pose
detection parameters Iv installed the neuro detector pack ..But I'm not able to create
close standing-people detectors but teh ones I had earlier work just fine.
What could be the issue?

1. On your camera your face was not being detected via face detection when you were
wearing a mask. Even with the lowest settings:

I've downloaded the export, we will try to maybe use different settings to trigger face
detection. Ideally, we want to zoom in on your camer's scene.

2. We set up a virtual video with masks detection and layout, it worked fine:

Face mask absence report is also present, however, it might be not what you are
expecting:

You can also use alarms report if you will set the alarm on the no mask absence
detector:
